Ended up going from 1 UPS STORE, in the Village’s who sent me to another UPS store in the Village’s who sent me to the Griffin Road UPS SHIPPING warehouse in Fruitland Park only to be told the item was missing a return certificate for them to send it back over the road, for return delivery! The female clerk was explaining why and That was final !

When they get paid to deliver an item and can't find my address, and I get an text telling me I have to pick it up, and then they make me pay for it? Am I supposed to be grateful and praise UPS?

I get a lecture and no package when I go to pick up my wine. The customer service person was not helpful and a bit scary. I will not go back in there.

Took forever & never once saw an employee only others waiting who said the 1 woman working was rude and not nice to deal with. I left and took it somewhere else.

Have been waiting on a UPS delivery for 4 days now. Got notification that my package is delayed, and I will be informed of a new delivery date. Still waiting. Tracked it down to this UPS CC in Leesburg. Based on the reviews I'm reading, I don't have much faith that I'll get it anytime soon.

Customer service lady behind the counter was misinformed about the legality of shipping an item and "grandstanded" with her incorrect information. No customer service in the least.

This UPS in Leesburg is the worst!!! They don’t follow my directions for delivery. I’ve had multiple packages stolen because they leave everything out in the street or if it’s a small package the stick it in my fence. The pick up here is a joke as well. I had a large package for return last week, while I was sitting on the porch the driver pulled up threw the shipping label in my yard and was trying to leave.when I asked him why he was leaving the label he said it was a drop off label for shipping and I had to take my package to get it shipped. But the label clearly states pick up. It also happened again today 2/9/23 the same driver came with a pickup label and was sticking it to my fence. The package was on the porch My wife was on the porch and confronted the driver and asked what the label was for and he said I don’t know they don’t tell us. I would’ve rated UPS a zero if I could.

they're only open a few hours a day. usually there's a rude woman there, but to my surprise, a different more friendly woman was there and what a difference in attitude.

Charged me 117.00 for overnight but took 5 days to get to me. They won't refund my money because they said the weather interfered. It was already snowing and bad weather when they accepted my package. They should not have given the option for overnight if weather was a problem, but they took my money anyway.

Great location to have a package delivered somewhere .i had to send a package and I was out this way and decided to use this location. Great staff and the parking is pretty good here . Even it’s a bit out of the way still a god location where your in the area

Honestly, the 'fill in employees' were courteous enough but they passed on what to do to each other of which nothing got resolved and 20 minutes later and your line getting longer, they sent me away unresolved about my package that the post had told me could ship my package. We have been to your facility 3 times now, with the same unfortunate experiences nobody knows what to do. One customer standing in line looked at me and " looks like you can't tell the truth because the employees don't want that" nor do they want to hear what they want to hear because they don't know what to do then either. There is no reliable help that knows the UPS system. Your company needs to step up their game, send employees to training school if they were good enough to be hired they are good enough to train.
