I’ve had other bud tenders, trying to explain the same thing to me, but Miranda did it in a way that was easy to understand! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Miranda, and everyone else at AYR in Leesburg are wonderful! ALL extremely knowledgeable and pleasant! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again!

“Just a friendly warning from my experiences take it or leave it ??‍♀️
I've been coming to these locations for 2 years and the owner of these locations Adam has been knowingly selling defective pens I've been going to his Leesburg location primarily over the last 2 years and every single ooze pen that I have ever received from his location specifically has gone defective after 33 days at the most and 15 days at the least I continue to give my business to this location because it's right down the street from my house But when Adam makes it very clear that he is promoting bad business practices and refuses to replace almost a $40 device. I cannot see myself giving my money to any of his locations. And I don't advise anyone else to do so either. Businesses need to do right by their customers. This man knows that he sells defective devices at his Leesburg store. So i'm positive that it doesn't matter about other locations to him. Very disappointed

After asking for the email address to file a complaint ( because it was offered) Which wasn't given to me.
Adam said if he had a new pen that he would exchange it for me after all of his outright refusal to do right by me as a customer. He finally says that at the last minute. After I ask for refunds and that I just wanted to go home. And they didn't even have one available.At this point I just want my money back and he refuses to do that. Because all of his smoke shops are no refunds and no exchanges despite him knowingly selling defective products.”
