Went to go pick up a medication prescription, and the lady at the window told me to go ahead and leave since I came 15 minutes prior to her lunch break. Even though the prescription had already been filled and was ready for pick up, she said that I couldn’t get it because I came so close to her lunch break.
The medication was in a bag ready to go, she just didn’t want to grab it.
Genuinely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any organization—especially with a pharmacy. People depend on their prescriptions to maintain and keep living. Your eventual lunch break shouldn’t hinder you from serving someone who needs their medical prescriptions.

I waited 15 minutes in line at the Pharmacy during which only 2 people were served. The 3rd clerk was then pulled away to help another clerk; then, no one was even working! Finally, after 2 customers who stood there at the counter for all that time left, without any scripts, it was my turn. They had my scripts and refused to give them to me; I have a Walgreens account and the clerk said I didn't. In spite of having my drivers license and insurance card she did not provide me my meds. DO NOT EVER G0 TO THIS TERRIBLE PLACE! They should be closed.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever utilized. They always miss my refill dates and the customer service is very unprofessional they commonly throw providers under the bus. They lie that they completed the necessary steps to get get a refill often times finding out later they did not do what the said they did. I been yelled at by them for only asking on the status of a script.

ita walgreens. almost everything over prices especially the soda. 2 liter RC Cola they sell 2 for 5. What?! Go acrossnthr street and get the same thing for 1 buck per 2 liter. i go to walgreens for the pharmacy and the ocassional sales they offer. other wise they clise stores not cause of hi theft but because they over charge on just about evrything.

kathy in the pharmacy refused to give me a Covid booster. I’m immune compromised and she said if my medications don’t reflect that she can’t give me the vaccine. Not everyone who is immune compromised takes medication for their condition. She was very rude.

Walked into Walgreens in Leesburg to buy a few items, the short haired short girl, couldn't scan a item, then got frustrated over not being able to scan, she gave her manager an attitude when he was trying to help, then proceeded to reflect her attitude towards me about their machine not scanning my card, she said it wasn't a pin issue so she rudely told me to "idk call the bank or something" very unprofessional. Not having properly running card machines and a rude employee. I will not be shopping there in the future.

I love coming to this Walgreens and every month I make two deposits to my Chime account with no problem well today Madelyn wouldn’t help me and even though I told her it can be done because other workers do it all the time she wouldn’t do it. Then a customer said a comment about me only because I told her maybe she doesn’t know it can be done and she said thank you to the customer making to comment about me. Great management just great making someone feel like a roach.
