Arguably the worst pharmacy in the entire United States. The word slowness doesn't even describe it. The black woman pharmacist obviously hates her job and the people who are not black. I called and she said my prescription was ready. I go through the drive through and I'm told it's not ready. So I said I left and came because you told me it is ready, then I'll stay inside and wait while you work on it. And the black woman yelled and asked the girl at the window " who the hell is he!? "(Professionalism at the peak)from the background. I Said it is me,the guy you talked on the phone 20 minutes ago. She is like " go home, come back later, Abdul!" thinking she is making fun of me by calling me a stereotypical name in an ordering manner( I'm not even Arabic by the way)I said I'm coming in. You will work on my prescription. I went inside, waited about 15 minutes and my prescription was ready. I picked it up, came home and opened the bottle. She put 3 pills(supposed to be 14)in the antibiotics bottle and didn't even inform me. I really can't believe how this person is still employed. If you want to learn how to run your business down the hill and have all kinds of lawsuits against you, keep her employed. Read so many comments about her attitude towards non_black patients here later on. Didn't surprise me.

Worst pharmacy around. Technicians never know what they are doing, disorganized, and can never seem to get my medication from their supplier.

I'd like to say thank you THANK YOU ! This Walgreens pharmacy is insanely busy all the time!! I feel sorry for the people working there. BUT I must say they all do an amazing job! AND Karen the pharmacist has been with this company for years and she's literally the BEST!! Shes always willing to help regardless of the hectic atmosphere!Walgreens is blessed beyond measure to have her all these years!!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. My wife picked up a prescription for me two days ago. Walgreens filled it but failed to tell her it was not the ordinal prescription but a substitute that could be used. I called the doctor that prescribed the medication and they told me Walgreens could have told me I could use an over the counter substitute instead of the original. They did not tell her that and instead filled it with an expensive prescription one. when I tried to return it in the original bag still stapled close they refused to refund stating that they could not accept it as a return. This was for a topical ointment that again was never taken out of their sealed bag. I for one will never spend another dime with this company for any reason. I urge you to do the same.

Simply the worst. While all Walgreens is horrible, presuming that people will always be sheep and accept their b.s. and terrible service, but this location is especially woeful.

One thing is being rude to everyone and another thing is being racist towards one specific person. Cashiers are very nice with hello how are you? And have a great day as long as it’s not someone like me. They literally made me feel like I wanted to run and cry today. Not ok.

Unfortunately Walgreens across the county have tanked when it comes to reliability and service. I ordered medication 5 days ago for my father. I was advised it would be here today. Called this AM, advised 2pm.Called at 2pm, advised they have it and are getting it ready. Arrived, advised to pull back around the building while the finish the prescription. Pulled around, advised they don't have the medication. I'm like WHAT???? Beyond frustrating. This is a life saving medicine that syncs the heartbeat. UNACCEPTABLE. Ended up driving 1hr each way to a location that had the medication.Time to move over to the local mom and pop pharmacies. BYE Walgreens.

These are bad people working at this pharmacy. I’ve been to so many other pharmacies, and NOT ONCE have I had a pharmacist willfully delete my auto refills. Three months in a row. Zero consent. Over a non narcotic medication as dangerous as baby aspirin. The pharmacy techs hang up on you so you have to go in there in person and demand your medication with a raised voice or else they’ll refuse to do anything. Management, please clean house and fire everything that breathes in that pharmacy. You are out of control. You have wasted my time.

I ordered a prescription online and when it was ready my wife went to pick it up, as she usually does. She was told by one of the assistants at the drive-thru that the prescription was locked up and could only be released by the pharmacist and could she come back later. She went back the next day and was told the same thing. I ended up making the third trip to find out what was going on. The reason my prescription was locked up was because the pharmacist wanted to know if I wanted safety caps or easy open caps on my prescription bottles. Couldn't they call me and ask instead of wasting time and gas?

Very friendly staff. I went to get a flu shot due to my job's insurance not accepting it from Publix. The wait was about 20 minutes...with an appointment. However, the staff was friendly and helpful. They even gave us a $5 coupon. I'll be back for future vaccines.

My doctor sent a script via computer. Went three hours later, not filled. Went back the next afternoon, still had to wait 30 minutes. People who refuse to do their job infuriates me. I’m done with this store. One time a employee was filling our prescription and she took forever coming back to us. Come to find out it was time for her to go home, so she did!!!

How slow can slow be? I pulled up to the drive through window of the pharmacy on 1/6/2022 - there was one person in front of me who pulled out immediately - I was clearly the NEXT customer. I sat there for 18 minutes waiting for service. Oh yes, they knew I was there, they walked past the window 3 times - each time obviously trying to ignore me but I saw them looking at me and quickly turning away when they saw I caught them. I rang the bell AFTER 3-4 cars pulled away from behind me obviously also disgusted with the horrible service. The lady responded in a completely dejected flat voice, "I'll be right with you" and hung up. She never came. EVER. Walgreens management: you're failing in an epic manner here. Pay attention to the flows of your business and add staff when there is a need ... cross train your sales associates so they can swap between positions to cover when an unexpected number of customers overwhelms the pharmacy. This is incompetence you're exhibiting. Smarten up!

It seems like pharmacies are always slammed these days, which can make customer service more difficult for the folks behind the glass. I went in to pick something up for an older relative and Kayla did a great job taking care of us efficiently yet pleasantly. Super pro!

Due to the supply shortage. I ended up at Walgreens. I of course have been there before yet it's been a long time. Never this establishment. So I go into the pharmacy and Sara helps me. I provided her with all my information including the fact i was self pay due to the VA hasn't provided insurance for being a care giver. She asked again if I was self oay, I said yes. Well. It was around 3pm. She said come back at 5, I replied how about 530, no pressure. I understand that the pharmacy techs deal with alot & are busy . My best friend is one so I know her struggle. So I come back through the drive thru at 650pm. Sara is now at the drive through(doesn't know i remembered she helped me)Yet with a different attitude. She said well your insurance only covered you for a week. I said I'm self pay and mentioned that right away when I came in the store, you even asked. You work in customer service many elderly. You rolled your eyes. I'm not a Karen & I'm very relaxed individual. So no I didn't get my medicine which I have been on for 19 years Sara you aren't better than anyone else even if you had ti act as you were. . I am thankful for all the pharmacy techs and pharmacist. Sara you should find a job that doesn't involve customer service and definitely don't need to deal with people who have physical and mental disabilities. Walgreens should have you evaluated.I am an owner and operator and you would never work with my team or tarnish my name I will make sure everyone I know goes to a different Walgreens. Thanks Sara I have never had to write anything of this nature about anyone in exalts care. My meds are 270 she acted as I couldn't afford them. I can't afford a disrespectful person who does customer service! They are 100 dollars cheaper at CVS where they have staff issues but still smile.EVALUATION NEEDS TO BE DONE ON SARA!THANKSMrs. Smith
