Well the ones at Wedgewood and Summerfield are always nuts crowded, so this one qualifies as a pleasant shopping experience. Somehow I have been here months and was not aware of the existence of this one. Seemed well-stocked, at least with what we were looking for. The item we checked online before we came was in fact there, so many times in so many places that is not true.

This review is specifically for the in-store shoppers who put together their grocery delivery orders. I'm disabled, no transportation, and even if I could get to the B&M store I couldn't walk around it. So I'm totally dependent on grocery delivery for food. And I am so pleased with the shoppers who assemble the grocery orders. They're careful to get the right products in the right sizes, and the substitutions they make are usually very sensible and useful. If something is wrong I don't have the option of just hopping in a car and going to the actual store, so it's very important for me that they get the right products so I'll be able to cook my own meals. I feel like a lot of work goes into their jobs and I only hope their store management appreciates them as much as I do. Thanks!

Barely stocked on items and it takes them forever to restock. They are very unprofessional and NEVER answer the phone and if you have time you have to call 50+ times for someone to hopefully answer. And for months now I've been trying to report a associate that's been very rude to my 50 year old mother every single time she goes shopping the same associate will go up to my mother and ask if she has scanned every item because she assumes that my 50 year old mother is stealing and then proceeds to look into every single bag herself and will stand by my mother until she is completely done. This Walmart is just ridiculous

Attempted to purchase this item priced at $1.00 at self checkout. Rang up instead at about $2.75. WATCH YOUR PRICES AT CHECKOUT! Spoke to clerk then to a manager. Both kept trying to convince me it was placed in the cooler by someone and actual price as rung up. Pointed out price sticker below items identifying produce as same. Instead of acting professionally, manager took out the other 3-4 juices and moved them to back of store in cooler. They would not give product for correct price on tag. Wasn't worth arguing further just gave mine back. UNBELIEVABLE! The products are not individually priced either. Urgh!

Examined by the dumbest ever. Didn't tell me until the exam started that he was not vaccinated...he just couldn't get around to it. So I had to be at risk while I had an eye exam. All through the exam his mask went up and down but at no time did he wear it correctly...his nose was always exposed. Totally irresponsible on his part and Walmart's part also.

I ordered groceries on Aug 4th to be delivered that night between 7 & 8. Didn't happen. Checked the status and they said preparing the order. Waited until the next morning - still preparing the order. Called customer service (800 number). They tried to call the store - no answer. Said to wait. 1pm and still no groceries. Called customer service again. They said to cancel the order and re-order and use express delivery since I needed some of the items right away. They gave me a $10 credit for express delivery. So, I ordered everything again. Express delivery was to be delivered between 5:22 pm and 7:22 pm. It's now Aug 6th and I still have no groceries. They canceled the order again and gave me a promo code to use on my next online grocery order. Don't think I'll be using it - OR Leesburg Walmart!

I ordered grocery pick up from here , biggest f****** mistake . I normally never order here because I knew it would be problems , trying to be closer to home I decided to give it a try first and last time ever ordering here , I pulled up to get my groceries at 8 ( i chose this pick up time ). When I arrive I called 3 times no one answered , so I had to get out the car with a 7 month old it's gets better . So I go in ask for help , the man I asked for help goes to the back as if he was going to let them know I'm here and left me standing for 20 minutes so I go to someone else for help she sends me to customer service where there is no one there ( the f****** lights were off ) I'm standing there looking stupid for another 15 minutes finally a manager comes out and she tells me " oh I'm sorry but they closed at 8 " I explain to her I been here since 8 ( like my time scheduled ) and been getting f***** around since 8 and now it's 8:49 that's not my fault I spent my money , not to mention I had 3 babies and a wife to feed tonight , so by the end of the night me and my family had take out and I had waisted time and gas and had to come get it in the morning

Store was pretty clean. However some sick employees. Also no point in making employees wear a mask if they're going to be constantly taking them off and rubbing their face. It's better off leaving them off and that way they're not constantly touching their faces and then the items that you're buying.

Always pleased with this local store but this time specifically want to shout out to the very nice and friendly gentleman working in the hardware department who made four keys for me. I've had keys made many times in different stores and different types of stores, but this is the first time I've gotten home and found that every single key worked perfectly, just as clean as the key that originally came with the lock. Just a small example of the kind of service my local Walmart store gives and that makes me happy to return. Thanks!

August 3rd 2020, This Walmart at Citrus Blvd in Leesburg Florida is the Worst ever. The mirror in the mens bathroom has been loose for 2 years. The store is not stocked well anymore, lots of empty space with missing items including milk for 2 weeks, manager is walking around on the phone all the time and you can't hardly talk to him he is oblivious to the problems there, some nut was feeding the birds in the lot for two years and birds were all over the place and he wouldn't do anything about it. The rearranged almost everything and you can't find anything. The former workers who were good employees seem to be gone and there is a bunch of unfriendly and unhelpful, clueless employees there. The door was open on the right for a while then they closed it and opened the door on the left, you didn't know which door to go in. Crazy. I avoid Walmart most of the time. I dislike it Very much!

Walmart is hit and miss but let me tell you this is a huuuuuge miss. For being in a suburb. You would think youd have to be closer to a city to get this type of trashy shopping experience. None of the one around here are properly stocked any more due to covid, & this is no exception, but shoppers treat this place as a low income gathering spot and chat and block high traffic aisles.. All i wanted was corn dogs for the 4th of july. Pplllleeease patronize a different store if you at all can

I went to this Walmart today and I'm totally done with this crappy Walmart. FIRST OFF, the associates treat you like thieves, they're lazy and rude. You ask them for help and they completely act as though you're bothering them. The management there completely don't know what the heck's going on EVER! Today when I was there, we used self checkout, got our stuff and was leaving, we were held up at the door because suddenly Walmart thinks that they're aloud to check receipts, which they can not, and is illegal. So I held up my receipts to show her I paid and kept walking, I'm not going to be a sheep like everyone else, she then starts to yell at me that she has to check my receipt, I said no and kept walking and she followed me. Another time and associate was not checking any receipt, just letting everyone walk out, all the customers in from of me were older, when she finally got to me holding two items, she said let me see your receipt, and I got pretty offended, because she let all the older folks walk on out, and stopped me!!! These associates seems as though, they can treat & talk to their customers and type of way, not remembering that we, the customers, are the reason they have a paycheck. I truly think Walmart cooperation has forgotten this as well. To anyone reading this, IF WALMART ASKS YOU FOR YOUR RECEIPT AND YOU AGREE, THEN THAT IS ALLOWED THEM TO SEARCH YOUR BAGS & SEIZE YOUR PERSON!!!!!!

This Walmart has left with a very bad taste in my mouth and will be taking my business elsewhere. i send my kids money, this Walmart consistently refuse to let them get the money if there middle name is not on it. i send money from american express serve card and clearly says the middle name is optional!! as i write this i have been on hold for ten minutes at 9 am. i am very displeased with the customer service, and there obviously untrained staff.

Went through checkout with refilled gallon water bottles, 29 cents per gallon. Cashier seemed new, didn't know where to find code. The list of codes she needed was not at her register!!! She called for her manager in the YELLOW vest. Manager got list from another register and told cashier the code. It ended up being WRONG code, so we were over charged so now had to get in another line for refund. 20 plus minutes to check out with refilled bottled water, a $1.45 sale!! This YELLOW vested manger seemed to be helping a lot of cashiers, which tells me POOR training for cashiers!!Management needs to improve training for these frustrated cashiers!!
