The manager was very helpful and thorough. I do recommend making an appointment but be prepared to wait briefly. They do the best they can to accommodate.

Wells fargo has closed my business account. The Loss prevention department say they never received any of the documentation or info. i went back and forth from the bank three times to give them. The copies of my id and ssc were never sent to them or loaded on my profile. This is the most horrible experience i have had dealing with a bank. Michael, shredded my info as soon as I walked out of the building, then he called me to come back and do it again, not to mention he originally put my birth date in the system wrong initially. Maybe this is what cause all the confusion. This was a horrible experience for a customer to go through joining your company. I can't ever get this time back, I wasted with your company. You could never get my business again....

To be honest,I have watched the customer service of this branch steadily go down in The last few years,I may use the ATM, however I probably will never walk in that place again!It seems like there's a climate of rudeness and arrogance that permeates that branch, I can tell you exactly where it comes from.The branch on the north side of. Leesburg is much more customer service oriented and friendly,And I found out there have been a lot of complaints by simply asking questions.I walked into Chase in The Villages I could not believe the great customer service.I'm seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere, especially my company account.My philosophy is,Go where you're celebrated and not tolerated.

Wells Fargo,I would like to share first that I have never left a comment or completed a survey pertaining to customer service in my life; as I too worked in that industry. I too understand how staffing is short and with limited resources as mangers and relationship bankers we are spread thin to fill the void. So due to that my patience has always been fair and accommodating. As a manager in banking, I ensured that my clients did not leave feeling pushed to the side and unimportant, as well as my staff member feeling empowered to assist clients with resources. This was not experience that I have had. I have been pushed around, transferred multiple times, and have not had any success in my request. My complaints had been “escalated”. Untrue as each associate says that they will raise the issues that I presented but no one sees this has been done. I have attempted to speak to customer service and has been made to feel like a criminal to an account I have had at least 14 years. I have been promised that someone would reach out, that has been proven to be code for “just leave”. I have had two associates that has tried to help me in which I would have loved to name drop, but I know how that can back fire on them as a “coaching” of what could have been done; when it was your back office that lacked the empathy and willingness to help. Each customer service rep was rude. Not only to me, but I even came to the financial centers so that they too can experience the lack of help that I have received. As I await for another “escalated complaint call”, after on average 2 hour interactions that does not lead to a solution; I hope that this gives guidance on the current culture of the company.

Yep, one teller, 3 customers, 15 min nothing done for any of us yet. This is unbelievably bad. Avoid this branch, AWFUL

Scheduled an appointment for opening new accounts. Personalized assistance with Jessica. Couldn't have been better. She explained the difference between multiple checking accounts as well as the savings accounts, making suggestions for each. She even guided me through the process of setting up the mobile app.

Have tried on 5 separate occasions to open an account. Three times walking in and being told they had no employees to help, twice WITH an appointment and still no employees to help. What's the point of making an appointment? Missed work, rearranged my schedule and still nothing to show for it - after 5 attempts. Tried to speak with a manager over the phone and was put on hold for 20 minutes, I finally just gave up.
