Arguing in the ba k, cussing at each other. Gave us the wrong order and made 3 wrong orders before they even addressed that we were missing our food. Then our baconator fries were like 2 pcs cheese and 10 fries(maybe) never going back to this location

The breakfast food was fine. The only problem was that the lady at the drive-thru window mentioned that the scanner may not work to scan a coupon code from the Wendys app that we were using. After telling me the scanner didn't work, I asked if she could honor the discount and fix it to reflect it manually, and she said no, she can't. I asked if the manager could, and she said she was the manager. Then she told me to hold on, as she then fixed the price to reflect the coupon. It really wasn't that hard to simply just honor it because the computer scanner isn't working. Thankfully, she did take care of it for us.

The girl taking my order kept standing there cracking her knuckles which I thought was quite rude, and the junior cheeseburger that I ordered barely had anything on it, the cheese was not melted all the way, and the burger meat itself was hanging off the bun and the whole thing was not hot. The only good things were the Frosty and the fries.

Three out of three times they didn’t have any food (aside of JUST spicy nuggets one time) or they just all together didn’t answer drive thru, twice. Definitely needs better management or they are going to go under just like Burger King did.

I had to put stars....This time i decided to give the store a chance at dinner....fail once again.It all started with the breakfast i ordered 3 months ago. The tag team on the drive through speaker was overwhelmingly rude telling me gow i was ordering incorrectly. I know what my family wants, just ring it up. No i wasnt trying to get bacon for free!Now, it's the same situation at the drive through. Waited for more than 5 minutes before someone yelled at me and said the would be with me. I abandoned the drove through.Needless to say..i got my food 20 minutes later after 3 "delivery services".No more!
