Not cool to actually know that your air pump is not working for a week and not put up a sign and then not offer refunds to people when this system takes their money. I have never been told by this location that in order to get my money back I've got to call the 800 number on the side of the air pump because they don't own the air pump. And the guy at the counter with the red hair and the Red Beard had absolutely no problem saying without showing sympathy or empathy just "tough luck call them".

Friday night and not one thing on the grill. No hot dogs, no Monterey Jack fajitas, nothing!! Even the cases for hot food was empty. On top of that it’s a regular party outside with Spanish music blasting from two cars parked on the pump side. And, best of all, a family of six with their chairs and cooler selling right in front of the entrance doors. Unbelievable! I live a mile away and this is disgusting. What a way to ruin a neighborhood. What is most pathetic, look how 7/11 responds to these reviews. They could care less.

I pick up Uber eats orders late night and Early morning. The overnight help is so lazy that they Leave out any hot food And don’t even say anything…. (Even though they usually have nothing but time in the early morning hours) LAZY!!!! And unacceptable!

Rudest customer service I've ever had. Ever. I asked a question and the manager raised her voice at me.. how rude. Made my 10 year old daughter upset.. asked about the promotion for free slurpee for kids in Halloween costumes because the 7 11 down the street does it and she screamed "NEVER!" Short blonde lady with ponytail and white eyeshadow

If I could give those store no stars but of course you can't do that . The employees are rude there always out of straphome cups and when you ask to please look in for the cups they blow you off. I live 2 minutes from store so that's why I go there often but today was my last time
