OMG I had a amazing experience thanks to Marquita. Thank you honey... She made me feel so welcomed and helped me with everything I needed. I also noticed how she interactes with the customers, asking if there is any way she can help them, greeting people as Thay walk in I will definitely start coming to this 711 now on...thanks Marquita.. she definitely deserves a raise. If she was my employee I would definitely make that happen I manage a Verizon store I offered her a job and she declined because she likes her job that's one of a kind

They need to start having security patrol that store a guy the other day came in their threatening people for no reason this need to resolved immediately because I’d hate to see innocent people / costumers feeling unsafe to get gas or a bag of chips the owner needs to hear this immediately before something ugly reaches into his place of business making him lose money

If you are ordering from uber eats or any other delivery service from this place, you might as well get it from another 711 and not this one. Every time I ordered from this place the other is either missing items or give you the wrong items. Today I ordered and they completely gave me someone else's order, how the hell do you screw up this badly!? I ordered some sour skittles, some electrolyte powder and some taquitos, when my order arrived, I got someone else's order which was 12pk of coke cans and sprite and some chicken wings. The empoyes will also hang up the phone as soon as they find out you are calling about a complaint regardless of whether you are respectful or not.

The cashier was very disrespectful and was getting loud with me just because I needed my sandwich redone because the sandwich that was sold to me was not eatable. She even caught an attitude with the next customer for no reason. They need to check the cameras and see how there workers are treating there customers.
