Very rude staff, noticed the women’s bathroom was locked so after waiting for about 5 mins I go to ask the cashier if a key is needed, he barks back at me “SOMEONES ALREADY IN THERE” with an attitude. A few minutes later a MALE staff member comes out of the women’s restroom.

Nasty bathroom with a huge can of toilet paper that seems to not have been picked up in days! Wet floors, the sink completely disgusting, nasty toilet papers to the sight! It was just a terrible experience coming here to use the bathroom. I bought something (packaged since I didn’t trust their cleanliness) and mentioned the nasty bathroom to the cashier and he had a defensive attitude saying that if they clean it every day it will always be like that, meaning they don’t clean it every day anymore! I wouldn’t put gas here ever! Not come back!

Worst 7/11 ever,!! Went there twice this week. No gas?,!!! Both times! Floor is always filthy. Supposed fresh food is always old and they turn the cooker off?! Do sometimes you get under cooked food. Pathetic! Just because we live in acreage doesn't mean we shouldn't have a great store to go to. Step up!!

I went into this store looking to buy a donut to satisfy my breakfast needs, I look inside the case and they are covered in ants. So disgusting. I told the cashiers and they just shrugged. I never got my breakfast but at least the ants did.

Bathroom has no lock. A single bathroom with no lock so when using the restroom a person is subject to strangers walking in while in a vulnerable moment. This makes no sense.

Went to buy some of their hot and ready mini tacos. The cashier that was just handling cash and lotto tickets did not wear any gloves of any kind when picking up the food. I just told them no thank you I changed my mind and left. Behaving in this way when handling food is an easy way to spread illness.

Purchased 10 of these. Total came out to $19.90, didn’t notice until I got to my car & looked at the receipt. Went inside to ask how that’s possible & all the cashier (Cameron) did was rescan them & tell me that’s the price. Didn’t offer any sort of refund or anything. How are they $1.99 each when the package literally says the price. Would LOVE to pay the actual price for things. Should’ve been ~$5, instead I paid $20 with no resolution.

Place is nasty, bathrooms are always closed saying out of order. Instead of employees using there free time to clean they use it to text and Facebook or TikTok or snap chat or whatever. One of the worst 7-elevens I've ever been to. Trash cans over flowing what a joke....

My rating for this review is solely on your employee Garcella. I hope management sees this and speaks with you about your customer service because the service you displayed was not customer service friendly. Garcella was rude and not nice at all. Garcella forgot to turn on my gas pump which I can understand it gets busy at this location but what I did have a problem with was the fact that she did not acknowledge me when I shared that she did not turn on the pump and proceeded to take other customers. Just straight up ignored me and when I brought this to her attention again she called me rude and suggested I get back in line. Remind you I shared this with her before she started assisting her next customer. The right thing to do was to advise her customer before ringing them up that she would be with them shortly and turn on my pump which she forget to do so I could be on my way. I don’t think this was a hard ask. Please do better Garcella. Also asked to speak with her manager to share my expiernce and and she told me he was off. I will be calling the store too to share.

Staff is so rude it’s suppose to be a 24 hour store went after work at 2:30am and the girl in store mopping shouted the store opens in 30 minutes and kept shouting closed. No note on the door stating it was closed. She continued to shout the store is closed. They need better employees. Mind you the store is suppose to be open 24 hours as it says on the door. They can’t be short staffed when they continue to hire and fire people.

Went to this location at 1020pm 1/24/22 there was a note on the door saying closed due to lack of staff but the cashier was checking people out so I walked in and got "I don't know if you can't read but it says we're closed!" The people walking in after me did not get this remark as they walked to the register.
