Came in to purchase a plushie for my daughter and decided to approach Ms. Irene(short white young lady, just in case she does the same to you) to ask if they accepted apple pay. This lady when crazy just because of a question. Law enforcement was contacted and they advised that as soon as they came in to ask her about the situation she gave them the same attitude she gave me. Officer told me her name and to contact corporate which has been completed. Why would you want this type of person working for your company ? I hope this gets taken care as a way to avoid any future problems that may escalate. Also, no manager was available to speak with me and coworker next to her acted like he was used to her being rude to everyone. As a manger you should be aware or be on the look out to see if an employee is showing bipolar disorder behavior, aggressive behavior, unprofessional behavior or any sort of out of place behavior towards a customer because the job requires her to interact with customers. She is not being supervised by anyone or whoever is in charge of the store does not care. My daughter is 6 and she heard everything that came out of this lady’s mouth. Having law enforcement called on an employee by a customer for her attitude and lack of professionalism when asked a simple question is wild. Immature Wannabe Grown Up she obviously does not enjoy and does not like her job so why keep a disruptive employee over a faithful customer?

The associate “cece” is unprofessional as HELL. She asked for tips to get alcohol after 2am which im pretty sure is illegal. Then at that flirted with my husband while he was in the store after seeing me and him together plenty of times and has gave me plenty of ugly looks before. Disgusting behavior and very inappropriate.

The staff do the best they can. They deal with the dirty unwashed masses, the rude, the ignorant, and disrespectful. You can see on their faces that they are just going through the motions trying to survive another shift. Society as a whole just sucks and thinks they can treat people, especially employees of places like this, with utter disrespect and contempt.

Food service was absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere, food that was very obviously old, no buns for hotdogs, no condiments. When we asked, the lady said we'd have to dig thru the cupboards and get it out - um, no! That's your job, lady! It's supposed to be on display for our convenience, hence CONVENIENCE STORE. Also, the women's bathroom has nothing to dry your hands with, low water pressure, weird stains on the floors and walls, and a chipped toilet that had very obviously not been cleaned any time recently. When this was brought to the attention of the attendant present, she started yelling at us to argue her case, as if she wasn't actually supposed to do her job by keeping the place in an orderly manner. So unprofessional. Absolutely horrendous experience, will NOT be back.

Manager was very ghetto. I told her I didn’t want to proceed with the transaction due to her throwing stuff around and completely ignoring me before serving me. As I’m walking at the door she says don’t get slapped in here lol. The poor.

Never shop at this store the owner is rude and the price listed on the shelf is not what it rings up.. when I asked why was it different from the displayed price the owner told me he owns the store and does what he wants and told me to leave if I didn’t like the price and never come back, just rude and not professional service at all I will never shop there again and don’t recommend anyone else to‼️

Very rude manager (I think). I had saved more than enough points for a medium hot coffee to start my 4th of July and she refused to redeem it since somehow it showed cold brew in my wallet which she does not have. All of this after purchasing $75 worth of diesel fuel (I have receipts). Very embarrassing and horrible customer service. I'll drive the small distance for other options and won't be back.

The place was filthy and the employees where rude. I watched the woman at the register yell oh my god about a customer having wet money and make a scene about a working mans sweaty money then a co worked of mine handed her a Cuban sandwich when it was his turn in line and her response was what do you want me to do with this. Usually you either ring it up or press it. I've nervously been in a 711 with this low of standards and this caliber of employees. I have videos of the employees and of the bathrooms I'm just deciding who would like to see it first.
