The service was great. Staff was very helpful. I went in to get a battery check and they did an excellent job testing the battery and helping me choose a new one. I will continue to go to this place.

My experience today was the best. Reggie is an awesome customer service representative, and works in the commercial department in Lehigh Acres. He is very detailed and made sure the parts were accurately ordered and delivered to my job so that my Mechanic was able to install my brakes in and the rotors.

I just got medically discharged from the Army. Flew down to Florida from Maryland last night to pick a 2023 Toyota Tundra I just bought. The vehicle kept giving me starting problems. I came to AutoZone and was lucky to get the best guy help me. Patrick Johnson test my battery and sold me a new AGM battery. After installing the battery he tested my alternator to make sure it’s safe to drive back home to Maryland. Wow!!!!! Thank you Patrick so much. Great customer service. Over and beyond.
