I have been trying to communicate for more than an hour, both on the bank's phone number and on several agents' phones, and they all send me to voicemail. It is not possible that at any time there will be an agent who can spend a few minutes answering a call from a customer. My husband has a problem, and in customer service they only spoke to him in English, he does not understand it, I call the branch in Spanish and after a long wait they only give me the option to leave a message

What do you have to do to get them to answer the phone? My wife has called several representatives, she has called directly to the lehigh acres branch and they only send us to the mailbox, they do not answer our call, we lost count of the times we have called and they do not answer us, they keep us on hold and only The answering machine tells us that there is no one available to assist us

Their Services are Slow, inside, all their drive through windows were closed at 2pm. Business clients Services suck.

Place is always packed. Big lines and long waits. Makes sense to close down other locations just to make the few ones left even more busy…. Instead of having 2-3 reps running around asking random questions, maybe get another teller or two. But BOA obviously doesn’t care. The staff is helpful and friendly. Making the best of what BOA corporate gives them resource wise. But overall, a horrible experience waiting half hour plus every single time.Two tellers to take care of 10-20 customers at a time. This place def requires some patience. BOA has gone severely downhill in the past few years.

I had a regular credit card they offer a reward card after thinking for months i decided to apply i went to lehigh acres branch and a customer service rep jelp me after 2 weeks i realized never got a email,no paper work OR CREDIT CARD for 2 days i kept calling no one pick upIm on my one to cancel everythingVERY FRUSTRATING

I arrived at 7:50 am and waited at the door until 9am. I was first at the door and first in the branch. I have banked with BOA for years. I wasn't treated well at all. As a black woman, I noticed they cater to the latino community. What I needed would have taken 10 mins or less, instead I was asked to sit down as the employee went around asking everyone else if she could help. Once someone came to assist me She ran out of her office to have the employee help someone else. I'm getting tired of they treatment here. Customer Service told me to go into the branch to fix my issue which was to change my pin #.

I got here before they opened for business and was waiting first in line. Then at opening time they came and said the lobby is closed, and asked me to get in the drive-through line where seven people had gotten in line ahead of me.I waited like an hour to be first in line and got 8th instead ?

I have had a account before and had bad a experience with Bank of America, had to reopen one because my company, came to the bank and Flor greeted me helped me reopen an account. She was polite friendly and professional, I had a new view of Bank of America thanks to flor. Thank you!
