I’ve had an outstanding experience at this banking center. From the very beginning, Almaris welcomed me with a warm smile and provided professional, attentive service. My banking needs required multiple visits over several months, and each time I returned, I was greeted like a valued client.
On my first day, the manager, Annelises, personally assisted me and continued to greet me by name on every visit. Her leadership was evident—she was actively involved in supporting her team and ensuring every client received the best service. The respect and camaraderie among the staff were clear, and it extended to how they treated their clients as well.
This level of care and professionalism is rare. Highly recommend this location—top notch service all around!

This office turned to garbage the day after it was taken over from Barnett Bank.
An absolute disgraceful place.

Honestly I’m already on my last leg with the bank itself but today was my final experience from being questioned on why I came from Naples to Lehigh to handle my check when my DL literally says I live out here to them insinuating my check is fraudulent even though I get the same check similar amounts from the same person weekly they said they couldn’t handle my check and to get another one first one was advised to mobile deposit it until then I found out the hold time on a check at that amount. So the box for mobile deposit was already marked so drove 2 hours for another check and client and wanted me to write my name and they refused now the second check and advised me for a THIRD one meanwhile they closed in 15 minutes also had the systems not been down for the UMTEENTH time yesterday i would’ve never been ok this situation. It was the insinuation and questioning me as if I had to explain myself ? No one else was even blinked at in a wearied way where as I was literally almost interrogated - I’ll be closing my account and some serious soul searching needs done with the staff there a whole weekend wasted ! Wow the drive thru ATM lines in this location are insane and then ATM’s always out of cash or down! No longer drive thru customer service🤯👎🏻👎🏻

We came in today with my son, who is an autistic adult. We were helped by Lianet, she showed my son how to open an account online by downloading the app. Linnet is very professional and obviously a compassionate person, as well. I would definitely come here again to this branch, and would recommend anyone else to, as well.

My son has banked with them for years. We waited in line 2 days in a row for notary services just to be told they would not notarize his form. The form was an address verification form for his ID to be changed but they refused. I mean why couldn’t they tell us that yesterday instead of having us waste a whole day waiting. Ridiculous & very poor service .

I have been trying to communicate for more than an hour, both on the bank's phone number and on several agents' phones, and they all send me to voicemail. It is not possible that at any time there will be an agent who can spend a few minutes answering a call from a customer. My husband has a problem, and in customer service they only spoke to him in English, he does not understand it, I call the branch in Spanish and after a long wait they only give me the option to leave a message

What do you have to do to get them to answer the phone? My wife has called several representatives, she has called directly to the lehigh acres branch and they only send us to the mailbox, they do not answer our call, we lost count of the times we have called and they do not answer us, they keep us on hold and only The answering machine tells us that there is no one available to assist us
