Mike was absolutely amazing. Loved his attitude, humor and helpfulness. He was very informative and kind the entire time. If I ever need anything done to my car, I will be returning just because of him. Absolutely phenomenal, honestly. 5 stars across the board, 10/10 I’d recommend him. Thank you again, Mike. Amazing experience!! Kept us informed throughout the whole process. The initial results were not acceptable to the repair tech so they kept it a couple more days to make sure the finish was perfect!! Would definitely use them again!!!

Caliber Collision in Lehigh Acres truly has some of the best processes in place to streamline repairs, coordinate with insurance carriers, and work seamlessly with Enterprise for rental cars.
I had a 9:00 AM appointment and arrived about five minutes early. I was promptly greeted and checked in by the front desk staff, and right at 9:00 AM, I was introduced to my representative, Cody Campbell. The front desk representative also confirmed my rental car arrangement, and upon notifying Enterprise that I had arrived, they quickly arranged for my pickup.
Cody conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle, clearly explaining the estimated arrival time for parts, the expected repair duration, and my projected pickup date. While waiting, I grabbed a coffee from their station, and before I could even finish making it, the front desk informed me that Enterprise had arrived to take me to my rental car.
Within just three hours of leaving, Cody followed up with a call to confirm that the parts were ordered and provided an updated arrival date.
I am genuinely thankful for Caliber Collision’s seamless operations, their commitment to excellent customer care, and their well-trained staff. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. Special thanks to Cody Campbell and the entire Caliber Collision team!

I had such a great experience getting my car repaired here! Mike was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was explained clearly. He kept me updated throughout the process and made the whole situation less stressful. The young lady at the front desk was also very kind and helpful. My looks great, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend!

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a terrible experience at Caliber Collision on Sunshine Boulevard in Lehigh Acres and feel compelled to share it to help others avoid the same frustration. I brought my vehicle in for repairs and had to return six or seven times for the exact same issue. Despite their repeated promises, the problem was never properly resolved.
The workmanship was inconsistent and sloppy, and there was a complete lack of follow-through on quality control. Each visit felt like starting from scratch. To make matters worse, the general manager, Jessie, was consistently dismissive and had a poor attitude—making an already frustrating situation even more stressful.
I also had to involve my insurance company multiple times due to the ongoing issues. Eventually, my insurance provider informed me they had revoked their relationship with this specific location, which says a lot about the quality of service here.
I finally took my vehicle to the Caliber Collision on Andrea Lane, and they fixed everything on the first try—a night and day difference. I would strongly advise avoiding the Lehigh Acres location altogether.

BAD BUSINESS. I collided with a wild boar and I needed to get work done on my 2025 VW. This shop is the closest to my house so I decided to take my car here. However, they refused me and wouldn’t agree to fix my car. Before I went to the shop, I called and they told me on the phone that they don’t accept cars that get towed there. A collision shop that doesn’t accept cars that get towed after being in a collision? Doesn’t sound right to me. So I went to the shop in person and told them I need to get my car towed here to get repaired. They told me they don’t accept cars that get towed there if Geico is the insurance you have. They also told me that they are partners with Geico. So if they are partnered with Geico, why can’t I get my car towed there and fixed via Geico? Makes absolutely no sense. The lady behind the counter wasn’t the nicest. After explaining to her that I don’t understand why I’m being refused, and after giving me attitude, she shouted across the office to her boss “(insert boss’s name), we don’t do repairs on Geico tows right!?” The boss shouted back “no repairs on geico tows” hidden behind his little cubicle. The boss couldn’t even get up for 1 minute to come explain to me face to face why they wouldn’t take my car. Horrible customer service, take your car to Gerber Collision instead.
