On September 27, 2023, I called the Leigh, Florida branch and spoke to an associate named Jose Alejandro Paredes. I explained to him that I was in disparate need to get some checks in order to pay a bill that there was a time frame on. I live approximately 120 miles away round trip, so Jose made it a point to say that he would have them sent to me at no charge. 2 weeks pasted and I tried to call the branch, multiple times, but noone answers the phone there. So I called Chase customer service and they found out that no checks were ever ordered. I now was in a deeper situation due to the lack of Joses' integrity, accountability and apparent incompetency. After reporting this to Chase customer service, noone at the Leigh branch, has gotten in touch with me to discuss this matter. Yet another action, of poor customer from this branch.

Customer service is lacking. Only one banker was there for appointments only. A very rude man that works at the bank. Possibly the branch manager. I am not sure of his position, but he seemed to act like he was in an authority role. I have banked at this location for many years and at one time I felt it was a great bank, but lately has gone downhill. If you try to call the branch, you will be directed to a 1 800 # or better yet no one answers. I can not stress how rude the gentleman banker was. Very condescending. The issue we had had nothing to do with what we did wrong, but what they did. He acted as though we were bothering him. I hate to write bad reviews, but I felt that it was necessary.

I was so pleased with the personal care that the banker, Gladis Godinez gave recently. She went above and beyond what would be expected of a banker. We plan on doing a lot more business with this bank and branch.

My hubby and I really like this bank. We have been greeted with friendly customer service inside or drive Thru. We have had some issues that were promptly taken care of. The staff here are here to help each and every person. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. We really enjoy banking at this location.

I am a current Chase customer of many years just moving into the area. I have made 11, that's right eleven, phone calls today trying to reach this branch. Not one has been picked up. I didn't count the unanswered calls yesterday. I just wanted to know if they had safety deposit boxes available in the size I am seeking. Now I am thinking I need a different bank.

The Lehigh Acres facility at the corner of 82 and Colonial is the worst I have ever seen. Very poor service. I have tried for days to cancel a credit card. Can't do it through the drive thru, these employees can't do anything but drive thru. Call and no one answers the phone. To complain you can call the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or the Federal Reserve. I have been a customer for years from her to Texas and this is the worse Chase facilities I have ever had to deal with. Horrible, terrible customer service. Moving my account and cancelling my cards as soon as I can get someone to recognize I need some customer service.

horrible attendance as I had never known in my entire life story .... terrifying, After two attempts to open an account, I think I'll give it up, the manager does not give it all, sent me back at 5:00 pm and scratched my name from the list of appointments , I lost 3 hours of my time waiting for nothing

Horrible horrible customer service. Very rude, waited an hour with my husband to open a business account for our small businesses only to hear the it take 45 mins to like open an account, it's lunch time then he has appointments. Only 1 other customer waiting, already heard from the 1 other guy that he was only doing service appointments. No never ever use this branch. As is I'm thinking of closing my personal account and going elsewhere. Stay away from this branch. It needs to be flushed and restaffed.

HORRIBLE NASTY PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT CLIENTS NEEDS! Bryce and team are have the worsf service and deny service to clients. They are the reason i will no longer bank with Chase.
