Terrible service, won't answer phone or emails. Needed to talk with a banker. 5 offices, 4 were not servicing anyone, people waiting to see a bank sat for long periods of time. Snarky attitude when I withdraw my money for lack of good service. Will not goo there ever again.

Worst Chase bank in town. The ATM’s never work even just to make a simple deposit and they make zero effort to fix these issues that have been going on for months. The lines inside are insane and they need more staff to handle the volume. I want to switch banks at this point. It’s extremely frustrating.

It is only 9:32 am and I go through the Drive thru of this bank and the teller named Manny, extremely rude, assists me, he didn't even say good morning to us and when he handed over the money he didn't even say a “have a good day” to us. He said, his customer service skills are the worst, I don't know how he can be working in a bank where I have personally been a customer for more than 10 years... I have NEVER been treated so badly, and even worse when I go into the bank to report it to manager Alejandro (I think it's his name), he simply told me that he did not have time to attend to me. This is how businesses lose customers… THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER… I am going to take myBusiness somewhere else…

Schedule an appointment to open a new account and discuss possible ways on how to build my credit. Felt like the process was extremely rushed. Not much was explained to me. And I did not learn anything. I guess my reason for scheduling was to learn about chase bank. And the opportunities it has for me. I felt my time was wasted and all my questions was brushed with a “no sorry we don’t do this.” When there’s a big sign by the entrance saying “ASK ON HOW YOU CAN BUILD YOUR CREDIT” I was truly disappointed. I left without putting any money into my account and I’m not sure I want to proceed with them. I want to know who I choose to bank with and what I’m getting myself into. Who else would I talk about credit to, any than someone who is trained to answer questions like this? Anyways thanks, for nothing.

Horrible customer service!!!Lack of attention from Alejandro the manager in customer complaints!!!Unfortunately I had a very bad experience in this branch for the second time with the same teller "he says his name is Manny", the first time I went it was almost closing time, this guy Manny was super rude, unprofessional and with a very bad attitude. I thought his bad attitude was because he was tired because it was almost closing time. Anyone can have a bad moment, I understand that, but today 11/12/2023 in the morning I went to close my business account and open a personal one, unfortunately Manny was the one who assisted me and again he was unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and a very bad attitude for no reason, I welcomed him and told him what I needed to do and without greeting he said "I can't help you open a new account and I don't know if there is anyone who can help you." while he was saying that his body language was disgusting too...After a long wait I was able to speak with the manager Alejandro, to my surprise Alejandro told me that I was the first person to make a complaint about Manny and that it was unusual. He started talking to me about how they are short staffed and the importance of appointments. Which didn't make sense because I was reporting poor customer service due to the verbal abuse suffered by his employee Manny for the second time. The way Alejandro the manager, addressed me gave me the impression that he would not take any action regarding my complaint. I really wanted to give Chase the benefit of the doubt but now I understand why this branch is a 2.4. I want to make it clear that I do not know these people and I do not understand why they treat customers so badly and I am going to report this to another level until someone does something about this situation. I have been with Chase Bank for over 40 years, and never had any issues until I had to deal with this bank. First, they never answer their phone, which could have saved me several trips. Secondly, last year I needed something notarized, and nobody was trained to do it, so they sent me to a UPS store. They did reimburse me, but after going back in forth from the UPS location to the bank. Today, I went up there, and to my pleasant surprise they had a notary public. She said to wait about 10 minutes. 5 minutes later she came back, and said she left her keys at home, and couldn’t get in her desk today; come back tomorrow after 11am. What’s next?

WORST bank in the history of BANKS! Don't waste your time opening an account through them. Especially business account. They ask for ID when I am GIVING money to deposit for a store I work for! ? I need change and they ask for an ID! It's ridiculous. The say they do it EVERYTIME but my co manager went for the 1st time and never asked her I'd when doing a deposit. The girls are RUDE. Overall this bank is at a 2.5 for a reason!!!

On September 27, 2023, I called the Leigh, Florida branch and spoke to an associate named Jose Alejandro Paredes. I explained to him that I was in disparate need to get some checks in order to pay a bill that there was a time frame on. I live approximately 120 miles away round trip, so Jose made it a point to say that he would have them sent to me at no charge. 2 weeks pasted and I tried to call the branch, multiple times, but noone answers the phone there. So I called Chase customer service and they found out that no checks were ever ordered. I now was in a deeper situation due to the lack of Joses' integrity, accountability and apparent incompetency. After reporting this to Chase customer service, noone at the Leigh branch, has gotten in touch with me to discuss this matter. Yet another action, of poor customer from this branch.

My mom went to Chase to have some things notarized after my fathers death. The Notary Peta took the time to speak with my mom and offer words of condolences and comfort which left a feeling of peace with my mom and made this challenging task a little bit easier. Thank you for having such caring people at the Bank, and making it more personal than just signing paperwork.
