Tbh .. my nails are good but this lady wax my eyebrows and waxed my whole edges on my hair off im hurt 😢 .. when she did she tried to hide it and didn’t even hold accountability/ apologize… until I returned back .. she was still trying to act confused as I showed her the patch on my edges 💔

Horrible customer service!!! I got my nails done Saturday morning, they started breaking. I went back Saturday afternoon, a guy fixed them did a horrible job. They don’t open Sunday, I worked Monday. I went Tuesday when I was off, I wanted to get something else done since they did a horrible job with the dip, he told me I had to pay full price. Never going back.

Absolutely horrible customer service got my nails done and the same day one broke and the other chipped. I then returned to the establishment to have my nails fixed within the same week and they were busy I was on my lunch break and could not wait I explained to the nail tech that my nails that I will come back another day. I returned a week later when my work hours aligned and the lady there was so rude and told me that it’s not their fault I couldn’t wait and had to go to work and now I’m back a week later. And I have to pay to fix what they did wrong to start with.

Horrible Thieves!!!!
My wife went today and they charged her $110.00 for a manicure and to paint her nails. When she looked at the receipt she went back inside and they acted like they didn't understand her. My wife was too nice and they took advantage of her.
NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Messed up my eyebrows… bad. I didn’t realize I never gave them the final look over until it was too late. But she waxed of the tail of my eyebrow. I could have messed them up for free at home and not in such an idiotic way lmao imma pencil them in and leave this here … I should have checked these reviews before going and paid more attention but she should know how to wax. They don’t even look like fresh done ugly eyebrows. ðŸ˜

I was recommended to go here. Never again. They said I had sensitive skin and that’s why my eyelids look like my skin was peeled off. I have had my eyebrows waxed before and this never happened. When I was there, it burned and I shook it off because I didn’t think it was that serious. When I woke up the next day and I felt my eyelids burn, I looked in the mirror and I look like I just got beat up. I called and they told me to go in but I am not driving from Naples to Lehigh just to prove how bad my eyelids look. Then, they said to just put neosporin on it. I’ve never had any beauty professional tell me such a thing. I would give zero stars if I could.

Had cluster eyelashes installed on Friday, and I awakened to find the one completely missing the lashes on Sunday morning. I was completely unhappy with the service that I had received and went back on the next business day because they were not open on Sunday. I explained what occurred, and the tech still refused to reinstall a new set or a refund. I'm highly disappointed!!!
