As many others mentioned unfortunately the staff is not polite neither friendly at all. Not capable to follow basic customer service techniques like responding a good morning or you’re welcome. The premises are in such a bad shape and the store it self is poorly maintained.

The line is almost always long. They are always restocking, so be prepared to navigate around large stacks of boxes. Seems like the employees are overworked and shorthanded but they are always nice and usually have full shelves.

Staff was unfriendly, there were carts full of stock all over the store, there was garbage all over the parking lot and it was also in the store aisles as well. I had a full conversation with the manager who didn't say a word. I'm so glad this isn't my local Dollar General!

My card was giving me some issues and I had to do a lot to get it working the employee did not loose her cool with me she help the all way till I got the card working was very nice customer service make wanna come here to buy my stuff because of that I this deserves a raise melodia is her name I will be checking back to see if see get that raise not something you see everyday thank you dollar general. Management needs to update their time online because this Dollar General allegedly closes at 11pm but guess what they actually close at 9:55pm . Thank you for making me drive an extra 30 minutes to find some medicine for my daughter. Literally told the guy inside I just needed 1 item and just completely ignored me. should be considerate and strive to have some type of customer service to the people that buy items there everyday. I can guarantee you that I will think twice about coming to this location even when they are open.

Drove 20 min to get here 15 minutes before they close and the doors are already locked. Pure laziness, plain and simple.

I was there this evening with my daughter. I knew I had just enough to get my 3 $1.00 items. I get to the register and my card declined ? I was looking for change to pay. And the sweetest thing happened...... The cashier paid for my items. I definitely wasn't expecting that and I even tried to pay her the change I had..... I didn't get her name, but it was Friday night October 20th and at 9pm. She is absolutely a blessing in disguise!!! Thank you for your hospitality! We will definitely be in to see her and support this location.....
