This place is great! The manager was amazing. She helped me step by step to set up my storage unit. She was very kind and patient. I went to the Lehigh Acres storage facility. Oh the price was pretty decent too.

Cassandra at the Lehigh acres Lockup storage is awesome. She was berry helpful showing me my storage space and we had a pleasant conversation. She is the best and her customer service is very good.

In order to save $120, a 65+ yr old woman had to move her entire storage unit to a different one a few doors down. THE SAME EXACT TYPE/SIZE/EVERYTHING, instead of just dropping the fee on the current unit.
What shameful business practice the owners have.
