I am absolutely furious with FedEx. This was supposed to be the third and final attempt to deliver my phone after I missed the male driver on Thursday and Friday. On Saturday, a female driver came, but she never even got out of her truck. She looked suspicious, and when I followed her, she claimed she “couldn’t find the package” once she got to my house. Seriously?!
How do you lose a phone in your truck? I honestly think the driver stole it. And FedEx’s customer service was no help at all — they just closed my case after “exhausting all options.” No apology, no solution, nothing. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with a delivery company. I will never trust FedEx again.

My packages usually come on time in good condition but this last month or so all my boxes and packages are coming already opened, tape cut perfectly all the way opened I just got a package a few minutes ago and it’s completely open idk if the delivery guy is just trying to see what it is to take it if he likes it or what but it’s pretty irritating.. hopefully I’ll catch him next time to ask him why. Idk

It took them FOREVER to deliver my overnight package.I had to sign for it so I was home. I'm disabled so i'm always home. They attempted to deliver several times, but wouldn't ring the doorbell. This took place over several weeks. Completey unacceptable!
