Not much stuff you would expect at good will, most of it is junk, you would find more items at a regular yard sale. WAY too overpriced than how it used to be, I wish there were more thrift shops in the area because no one should be spending 400$ for a table and some chairs, literally stealing from the poor who do you think shops there?

They throw good stuff in trash wont let you get it out of trash there prices are now to high can buy brand new at wallmart for a dollar more thought yall were here to help people not anymore ill stand in the parking lot and give mastiff away before I will donate anymore saw you throwing good stuff in dumpster

This Goodwill location in Lehigh Acres, Florida is large with a variety of items. there's a section for women, kids, appliances, tech, shoes, bags & accessories, toys, stuffed animals, furniture, etc.
Depending on what you're looking for, this Goodwill is not a bad choice. I found a few items that I was pretty happy with. The kids section sells toys, stuffed animals and craft supplies by the bin. The prices are pretty high considering it's a thrift store but that's expected at most Goodwill locations nowadays.
I came in twice while I was on a trip in Southwest Florida and one of those times the staff were very rude and stood over me and followed me until I went to go check out.

This is the cleanest & most well-organized Goodwill I have ever visited. All of the staff were busy helping customers, or I would have told them in person.

I walked into the door and I said hello to the cashier and nothing back. One time she had a complete attitude problem towards another customer. I said goodbye because that’s just me. Maybe she don’t like white folks? Or just wasn’t raised properly. That’s the way to scare the customers with that nasty attitude.

If you are a VETERAN or SPOUSE OF a VETERAN, Avoid this place at all costs! They are a complete disgrace to those who have risked their lives serving this country. I am the wife of a veteran and on Thursday they CLAIM* to offer a veterans discount, YET… I was DENIED a discount even providing my husbands VA identification card, simply because he was on the phone with me and not present. I have been here before with him, and never have I seen such inconsideration for Veterans. Everyone knows that the wife of a Veteran falls under the exact same benefits the spouse is given, plus he was on speaker with me while he was at work. The fact that this “person” refused to honor a small discount is a complete DISGRACE. I will NEVER shop here, ever again. Although I normally don’t anyhow, I was picking up some holiday items, and left them all at the counter for her to put back for being such an honorable citizen. This place is OVER PRICED ANYHOW, and also they denied a homeless man a used blanket simply because he didn’t have the money to pay for it. Class act indeed!

Awful management, I’ve only had 2 situations where I’ve needed to make a return that was within goodwills return policy, the second time they sold me counterfeit goods and management told me I should expect that and their not at fault so I had to inform them it was actually illegal in order to get a refund. Management is the direct cause of this and immediately are unwilling to work with you and try to argue with every reasonable suggestion you make. Great store but unfortunately management ruins it.

Purchased a nice item from this location. Absolutely terrible spot for a sticker, it took the wood stain right off. There were no imperfections until now. All items should have the stickers on the bottom, to prevent this issue.

The building itself is well kept up but the prices are not it. Outdoor sofa for $900… I might as well buy a new one.

The cashier was very rude at the register. There are no public restrooms anymore. That is going to cut down on retail business if people have leave to find a restroom. Bad business choice.
