The cashier was very rude at the register. There are no public restrooms anymore. That is going to cut down on retail business if people have leave to find a restroom. Bad business choice.

I’ve always loved Goodwill. Unfortunately, they have become too concerned with money and less concerned with what the community needs. They refused to take perfectly good items. I’d suggest donating to Kiwanis instead of this location. They’ve also raised their prices dramatically in the last few years.

Great Goodwill with tons of selection! Found a travel neck pillow for $2.99 - such a deal because elsewhere the good ones run you $15+! It was organized very well, and employees were friendly & efficient at checkout.

I have donated hundreds of dollars to Goodwill Industries through the years. Recently, I went to this Goodwill store to return a bedspread and two pillow shams. I was aware that I couldn’t get a refund for the items purchased, but could exchange the items for something else. To my surprise, I was told that I could no longer even exchange the items. I was told that effective July 1, 2023 that they had changed their policy. I asked why was the policy changed. I was told that many people buy items and go home and switch the tags and bring them back to exchange. What? First of all, you must present your receipt which itemizes your purchases in order to exchange items. In my opinion, this is a lame excuse to change a policy that prevents the customer from exchanging goods that they purchased. Just wanted to make the public aware of this new policy change. So, if you buy anything that’s not electric you cannot ever exchange it. So, be careful what you buy because you’re stuck with it. Oh, by the way one of the cashier’s suggested that I could just donate my purchase back to Goodwill.

I like to visit the Goodwill store quite a bit and there’s been a couple situations that’s really bothered me. Rhonda store manager, I’ve noticed a blowup mattress with an automatic pump sitting there for about over a month now. Decided to get it it was $7.99 Well the tag ripped off on the way to the cash register. The cashier took it in the back to be priced and it came back out at $19.99.It really burns me that these items are donated or they’re taking 100% profit and upping the prices. In a world where everything is already so expensive. 10 more dollars I can buy a brand new one. Good job Rhonda, the store will also put away items that go on sale for $1.49 on Sundays. Hold it in the back and restock it with a new price weeks later. If there were somebody worth complaining to I would but I see nobody of value. So I hope the public picks this up.

A very good place to buy baby clothes. I have mostly good experiences. This store is kept very tidy. Everyone on the inside was very nice and really helpful. Donating on the other hand was rude and lazy. Not all but I have met a few.

The store attendants have no clue about anything. Any questions I asked were unanswered. It’s an interesting place to find all sorts of things. But you’re on your own.

Was in town visiting my family and needed a little outing. This goodwill was highly recommended. Upon walking in, you cannot help but notice how large the store is and how clean it is. I didn't check out the clothing on this trip, but definitely will next time. I stuck to housewares and books this trip. The housewares I would say had a large selection, but did feel a little expensive for thrifting. Holiday decor was upwards of $8-$10 for some items. I did find and purchase a set of corelle plates for $12.99 which included 4 large plates, 5 small plates, and 5 bowls. The book selection was also very large and well organized. I looked through the cookbook section and found a book on juicing I ended up purchasing as well. Overall a great trip into thrift here and will be back next time I'm in town!
