I am beyond upset with the unprofessionalism I experienced. I had a scheduled appointment at 5:00 PM in december of 2024 and even arrived early at 4:30 PM. After sitting and waiting for over an hour, I was shocked to find out that all appointments had been canceled—without notice—and the staff had already left for the day.
I drove over an hour to get there, only to be completely disregarded. No phone call, no update, no courtesy whatsoever. This level of disregard for people's time and effort is not only unprofessional but deeply disrespectful. I expected better and would strongly caution others before wasting their time here. Do better.

Stephanie Garner was the one that help me do my taxes this year at Jackson Hewitt and Lehigh she was great it was quick and easy

If I remember her name correctly, Stephanie was a great help and did a wonderful and quick job of getting my taxes done. She even found where they have to give me over $200 back! I highly recommend.

I am not sure why the tax preparer was wearing a mask. My taxes were done in a timely manner. The tax preparer tried to charge me $500 for 20 minutes of work, although I did get him to come down to 349 dollars for preparing my taxes. Christy was great. We didn't have to wait. It took very little time. Instead of turbotax I will use Jackson Hewitt next year!
