I found the service here to be extremely slow and overpriced. Each employee has a nonchalant attitude and work ethic. They were spraying tire shine on wet tires and then wiping off the excess. The two guys drying the vehicles were literally eating ice cream while wiping the cars down with one hand. The expressions on the employees' faces made it seem like they were at a funeral. Unless you're too busy to wash your own car or it's too far to reach another car wash, I advise you to avoid this place! Drive a little further or take care of it yourself.

Way overpriced for the quality work full services like 50 something bucks and I could’ve did a better job at my house and if you don’t speak Spanish, forget about it. when I pulled up, there was not even nobody there to greet me and then when they came out, they were on their phones.

Terrible customer service! The people cleaning the car are so slow! They are talking, stop to hang out and say hi to every known person that stops by. They literally took 1 hour and 25 minutes before I got my car, this was with only 3 cars before me!! I'm never coming back here again.
Not to mention, they leave all the cars soaking wet and not properly cleaned on the inside. $43 to waste my time! This establishment should be closed ASAP.

I took my car to be cleaned today, lately the quality of the service has decreased a lot, but this time it was the worst of all, I paid $48 dollars for a bad service, they left my car dirty on the outside and they did not pass the
Vacuum not even in the trunk, really an expensive service without quality, those who work there are not interested in your car being clean, I will not return here again and it goes without saying that I do not recommend it

I took my car because someone accidentally stuck a piece of gum on the window. When they brought it to me, the gum was still there. I asked the guy and he told me that was there when he came in.
Obviously it was there, why do you think I brought it to wash? I asked him, or do you think it's a decoration?
OMG, the truth is they don't wash cars well, and they charge a lot. Not worth it.

The price is too high for the quality of work. Most of the staff cannot speak English, so it’s hard to communicate with them about a problem. On top of this, their attitude is very disappointing. I tried to treat everybody kind, but they make that hard. They seem to resent having customers.

Unless you are too busy to wash you own car or too far from the nearest car wash "DO NOT COME HERE!!!"
Drive further or don't yourself.

Good afternoon, I just left the place with my car, I'm telling you the worst experience of my life…. The washing machine broke my windshield wiper and they delayed delivering my car to me, trying to put it on the wrong side so that I wouldn't notice, without giving any explanation. When I got out and noticed it, I returned and asked the worker who knew perfectly well and didn't tell me, ,,,, I asked her to speak to a manager,, to make the experience worse, when the Manager showed up!!!!!, with total insensitivity and respect for a client, she told me that they are not responsible for the damages that arise At the place where the cars are, as a sign says, he was not at all interested in the conversation and continued on his way….
It is inconceivable that you pay for a service, damage your personal property and receive responses like that...
In addition to being illegal… the treatment I have had as a client was very unpleasant from the person who claims to be a manager….

I pay 13 at gas station car wash. I went to la car wash for the first time. It's only 10 dollars for drive thru wash and they wiped it down and did the tires! I will be back!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Let’s start by saying the female short Hispanic manager is very rude unprofessional and very nonchalant about it. I really feel like she hates her life and job. They have had a price increase which is fine BUT you can’t think it’s ok to give mediocre quality of service. There is a bit language barrier with the employees performing service on the vehicles. However, something let’s me no they definitely understand especially when you show them something they disregarded on your car. They give immediate attitude and begin speaking in their language rolling their eyes etc. After my car was finished I saw some of the same marks that was there before they started. I even took my bare hands and removed it to show him it comes off. He immediately gave me attitude. I’m not sure of his name although he was a shorter guy. This same guy I also watched him not vacuum the trunk but spray some “air freshener down” it literally smelled like water. I wiped my hand on it and sniffed and asked him what was it, he used his phn to translate and tell me “air freshener “Next day the car smelled spoiled.. I will not return any longer service keeps getting worse. I say that EVERYTIME but I keep getting sucked bk in bc it’s closer to my home. I’ll just make that sacrifice and drive to fort Myers on 41 where the professionals are. Unfortunately this place needs some work on customer service and how to perform on cars. Lastly since I’ve left this place my windshield is experiencing a filmy residue that will not stay off. Whatever they used product wise keeps my windshield from defrosting I have to constantly use the wipers and fluid to try to see in the morning to drive. This place a mess. It keeps fogging up horribly.Services: Tires
