They deserved none star, this morning my friend, who is pregnant, went to this place for a glucose test, the staff was rude with her because she doesn’t speak English, I was talking to her by phone and offered to help , the staff understands Spanish language but refused to communicate with my friend or use the translator, also she brings the liquid my friend supposed to drink for the test, was already opened and used, the staff was upset when my friend requested it to get a new one. They was rude and refused to helped her. In this place the staff are nice only if you speak English. Labcorp in Lehigh acres is the worse place because they have the worse person working there.

Perfect. Make and appointment and you won't have to wait. Why are you entitled if you can't use the tools provided. Why are you so spoiled. Only complaint is waiting time. Grow up!

Staff is terrible. Talk to you like you're a pos, Come for pre-employment drug screen, said 36 minutes at check in been here 1 1/2 hours already. They said make an appointment, hard to do when you just got papers for it and they wanna hold up you getting your job started by Monday. I don't know how these people at counter keep their jobs. Disrespectful n very unprofessional. Avoid this location !!!

WAITING 3-5 HOURS FOR WORK THAT ONLY TAKES 3-5 MINUTES IS RIDICULOUS!! THEY DONT TAKE WALK-INS IN BETWEEN APPOINTMENT CLIENTS WHICH MAKES THE PROCESS LONGER. WORSE LAB OFFICE IN LEE COUNTY

Very rude and unprofessional. I had a simple question and was told to sign in and have a seat. If they would have taken a few seconds to answer my question I could have saved my time. Unknown to me they no longer accept Blue Cross insurance. I would never operate my business in that way. I would fire all 3 of the folks I dealt with. They should close their doors if that is how people are treated. And in my brief time there I observed an elderly man and woman being treated with zero courtesy. My advice to anyone needing blood work, go somewhere else. Obviously the employees there hate their job and proffesion. However I'm thinking LabCorp doesn't really care.

Walked in for routine bloodwork. Was confused and had questions but a very pleasant and helpful Maria M. helped me and answered all my questions which saved me time and worry. Thanks again Maria!

Plan on going to your appointment only for it to be cancelled with no call/email/text , they wait until you get there to say you they cannot help you even after you made an appointment weeks before

Would not recommend employers use Labcorp for drug screens. Such an inconvenience. They apparently don't start until 9 a.m. For people that work it's absurd and inconvenient to have such a rule. They only do labs in the morning and make you wait no exceptions. They suck royally!

No one here but an hour wait for a "rapid screen". Nothing rapid about it. No one at the front just a computer check in. Wouldn't use them if I were up to me.

I had to do a 3-hour glucose tolerance test and I am horrible with blood. Vivian (the nurse/technician) was the absolute best person I've ever had. She was amazing with handling my stress and discomfort. 10/10 recommend her!

I cannot believe the racism here. If you’re WHITE plan on being here for hours! So unprofessional. I literally checked in 2 hours ago & the lady at front desk called everyone back before me. The only difference is I’m white

It's incredible what one has to expect in this laboratory, the ladies at Ventania have bad service, they don't even have many appointments and just because they want, they don't make sure you pass, the truth is I don't know why they work, if they're going to do this, it's better to ask Retire them and go home to rest. There are people who have been waiting for 4 hours and simply because they don't want to, they don't go to their relatives to do their exams. It's really sad to see this.

If I could give them zero stars I absolutely would. None of the staff willing to communicate with the ppl that are there. 2 hours later and I still was not able to complete my lab work. I had to go back to work. It’s so frustrating. They don’t have any appointments available. They don’t know how to prioritize tasks. I certainly could have completed my screen while a tech was drawing blood it’s for employment you’re not holding the cup while. I pee. I came ready to urinate and wasted 2 hours of my life for nothing. They need to be trained by Quest. If I wasn’t doing a screening for a new job I wouldn’t have stepped foot in at that location.
