“It seems like the service here is hit or miss after reading some of the reviews, but as for my experience, it was my first time ever taking clothing for alterations. I had some work pants that needed to be tapered and let me just say, that I'm in love with the results. They were so baggy previously, I was pretty upset when I got the online order delivered because I liked everything else about the pants, they just fit like parachute pants and looked ridiculous. I took them to Natasha's Alterations on Monday and I received the completed items as scheduled today, on Saturday. The pants came out exactly as I wanted them and I'm very very happy with the results. I can't speak on the dry cleaning services, but I will definitely be bringing more items to get tailored here. Couldn't be happier!”
“I was pleased with this laundromat. It wasn't busy at about 1:30 PM on Thursday when I began, and the rest room had just been cleaned and was nice. The staff helped me, which was nice also. One small washload and a 35 minute dryer cost about $7.00.”

“The gentleman that serviced an upholstery clean was incredibly thoughtful, polite and timely. He explained the process and what he was capable of doing to help manage expectations. He went above and beyond and was able to save the upholstery we needed cleaned. Highly recommend and will use them again.”
