This was a good first experience for me. I chose Life Storage in Lehigh Acres, Fl because I liked the "look" of the whole establishment and , though I personally visited the other storage places in Lehigh, this one was also right in price and customer experience. Thank you, James, my phone contact when renting my unit. You stayed with me to the end of our transaction like you said you would! I'm relieved and grateful. Thank you!

We decided on this storage in Lehigh after visiting many and not being convinced. Tyronda is such a great person. She helped us with everything,from beginning to end. So funny and fun loving. Wowwww,simply excellent costumer service. Definitely she should recieve a bonus and a raise. We need more people like her. My son has autism,he was a bit loud on occasions and she would talk to him, smile and keep helping us without a problem. I can't express how nice she was with us. THANK YOU SO MUCH TYRONDA....10 STARS FOR YOU
