Came in just to move my existing Metro number from one phone to another. No new line, no extras, nothing complicated. They hit me with a $51 “activation” fee for that alone.
They didn’t explain the price up front, just rang it up at the end. That’s way higher than what Metro corporate usually charges.
If you come here, ask the exact activation/device-change fee before they touch your phone, or go to a different store. I’m not coming back after that.

I bought a new phone today and now it is not working. The young ladies did not put my receipt in the bag. For a $1,168 purchase needs a receipt. I will be by tomorrow to get a new phone or my money back.

I brought the internet box, yesterday Oct. 12. I went to return it and found out it was non-refundable. The product did not work well and kept buffering and the quality of the TVs were blurry. I am not satisfied with the product or customer service. The worker was on her phone with another person while speaking to me and the communication was unclear.
