In this store they do what they want with the customer, they do not follow the promotions and advertising that the MetroPcs Company makes, they charge what they want for the phones, the activation, the insurance, the SIM, the only thing they comply with are the rates of the plans. Go to the other store.

Metro pcs store on 1404 lee Blvd is no good, my phone was not working and the associate at the store told that it was my phone that wasn't working, I was using the phone the day before. She didn't call customer service to ask them why my service was not working. I lost my phone number because I couldn't get the 2 steps verification. They don't want to help unless you are Hispanic

I walked in for a promotion on a $99 iPhone 12 with switching from another company. I had all my information available account number and pin and Abe the manager and supposedly the store owner refused to let me switch over. He said I would have to bring the old device and TRADE IT IN. He was rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and wasting your time and go to another Metro.
