I'm not that one to write this type of comments but this really happened to me today in this store was of very bad experience, very bad. Trust me . Unfortunately I don't know the name of the woman who attended me but I can say that she was Cuban, dark hair and brunette skin, I entered the place with the intention of making a purchase of an iphone, she answered no we dont have it in a really horrible tone, I tried to talk her and ask if I could check in another store, she replied even more upset saying no that they didn't have it, there was no reason for that kind of behavior. Also the another representative Judy (very nice girl by the way) the other woman, was very rude with her as well, thats not the attitude that she should have with any costumer or coworker.This happen today 04/10 around 7:15 pm I hope the manager of this place can read this and take actions because they are losing more than one customer, Honestly that kind of people shouldn't work/ speak directly to the public. Please with all respect in the world, I hope the best for this store, but this was inappropriate, unprofessional and indeed unacceptable. Thank you

Julie is so helpful! I'm a new customer & needed help with setting up phone bc I ordered it online. I had to go today and last night and she was on point every time. I'm leaving this review as the first thing I do with my new phone she just installed. Thanks soon much, Julie!@

The saddest thing is that they want to charge you $20 just to compare a tablet and the tablet costs $100, that is, they want to earn $20 more when the promotion and prices say $100
