Terrible customer service, owner and staff argue with customers, accusatory, gave me my phone back in worse condition than when I brought it, I refused their services and it took them another 24 hours to give my phone back to me, promised a discount due to my first terrible service with them and when I came to use the discount, they refused to give it stating they never said that, I got upset and refused to leave until they gave me my phone back to which they called the cops to kick me out, saying that my phone wasn’t at that location when I can see the location of my phone and saw that it was there, from the reviews, I can see that they are known for this, very slow as well, used them for three different devices and each time took at least 24 hours if not more, I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before coming, only came here because it’s the only place in lehigh that fixes phones, I hope others see my review and do not come here
edit: my economic situation is fine and is very unprofessional of you to try and mention, YOU promised a discount as my first encounter with your store was terrible and even your staff apologized for her rude behavior, I came back to second time to use that discount that YOU had promised and was told that you never said that, of course i’d be upset, I don’t need a reminder of why the cops were called, you need a reminder that you’re a liar and unprofessional and your responses under all the negative comments show how unprofessional you are, very interesting how you never thank the positive comments but are very rude, insulting and condescending to negative reviews, when are you gonna reflect on how poorly your staff behaves but figures considering how their leader acts

My mother brought her Samsung to this location a couple weeks ago to replace the screen. The screen that was used was a generic part that left everything opaque, but that wasn't disclosed before starting work on the phone. We would have gone elsewhere if this company prided themselves in being honest and upright. Not only did they use a cheap and generic part on her phone, but they forgot to put her sim card back in so she was without phone service for a day. I had a nasty and extremely unnecessary and unprofessional interaction with the girl at the counter because I asked her why was the sim card forgotten on the counter. In the world we live in, I should have known better than to ask a 20 something year old grown adult to own up to their mistake. She cussed at my mother and I, refused to put the sim card back into the phone, threatened us with calling the police. It was the most horrific interaction I've ever had anywhere with an employee of any establishment, and I have lived and shopped in Miami, the epicenter of crazy in South Florida.
A few days later the screen on my mothers phone stopped working suddenly. Thankfully they have other locations so we took it to be looked at at their Ft Myers location in order to never deal with that horrible girl ever again. Dealt with Luis instead. He blamed a glitchy Samsung update for her screen going black, but that he had it up and running. If we wanted, he could replace a tiny circuit that had some water damage, but that wasn't immediately necessary. My mom opted to have the tiny circuit replaced because she wanted to be sure that absolutely nothing at all would contribute to the phone not working again.
Surprise surprise....it's not working again. The screen has gone black like it did when they "fixed" it the first time. Now she's out $140 for a cheap and generic part that is directly contributing to her phone no longer working.
Don't give your hard earned money to this company. My mother would have paid more if she'd gone to UbreakIfix on Colonial but the work would have been done right and only once. The only reason we didn't go there in the first place is because we didn't know they had a shop out here in Ft Myers, we'd only seen them in Coral Springs where we used to live.
I hope they take a look at their general interactions with customers and make some positive changes. Professionalism, no matter the type of work being done, is what keeps people coming back. Doing your work with integrity and honesty goes a lot further than bullying customers and making them feel like they are inconveniencing you.

Very bad experience with Maria. She couldn’t put the screen protector on right and when I went back the next day she accused of the mistake. She kicked me out . I called Luis the owner and he assured me he would fix the problem in 48 hours. What a hassle.

Lied been going through my phone my phone was there all day and told me my phone was not there but it came up on my Bluetooth car so if my information is stolen that is the first place I will look. They broke my phone and then said it's not covered. Brought it back kept it all day then she continued to lie about having it. Please becareful
