It's a tiny place. It was clean and the butcher was very skilled. I watched him proces an enormous slab of beef, making several different cuts from it, for a customer. I think they cut to order as there was nothing pre-packaged. They carry a wide variety although they were sold out of the ribeye I was looking for (so was everyone else), but everything in the case was beautiful. I'll definitely go back!
