Yesterday I went to Crossroads Pharmacy to get my pneumonia vaccine and also the Tdap vaccine. Michael was extremely helpful, and as I was waiting for him, I saw him interact with customers with his funny sense of humor and also with much empathy for another customer who wanted to pick up a script that couldn’t be filled since it had been filled too recently. Who would have thought going for shots could be so enjoyable-lol!
Michael brought out my two vaccines and was so good that my I barely even felt the needle! Crossroad pharmacy is my go to for vaccines from now on for sure! Thank you Michael!!!!

Do not go to this pharmacy unless you want the MANAGER to hang up on the phone on you for no reason when you’re just trying to get your prescription filled because your location doesn’t have your medicine. The staff at this Publix pharmacy are completely unprofessional, lack knowledge of the laws of this state, and don’t understand the foundation of customer service. If you need your medication refilled bring your business to a different Publix pharmacy.

I've been using this pharmacy for several years. Typically, everything is perfect. Occasionally they have fill in pharmacy techs and one in particular is rude, slow, and I believe needs additional training or should work for Walmart. 5 stars if it wasn't for this Occasional problem.

We switched to this Publix Pharmacy because the pharmacist was so nice when we stopped in with questions. My husband has certain medications that he is on every month consistently and will suffer serious withdrawals if he runs out. The doctor sent over the Rx for one of the medications on a Monday and the pharmacy technician said they were out of stock but it would be in Tuesday. We called on Thursday because we hadn’t received a notification that it was ready. We were told that it was still back ordered and they weren’t sure when it would be in. Today (Friday) we went in to pick up a different script and asked about the back ordered one. The pharmacist said they didn’t know when they would get it in. We questioned the safety of that since without it there would be serious issues and risks. He then told me that he “doesn’t make it” (meaning the medication) and no one would have given us an exact date of when it would be in. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or what the issue was but there was absolutely no reason to be sarcastic and flat out telling us we were lying. I’m in shock at the reaction of a professional in such an important role.

There are a few things that Mom likes that they don't sell at Walmart so we stopped at Public to refresh and ensure that she has what she needs. Like other Publix stores, this one is clean, well-stocked and indeed, "shopping is a pleasure." We found what Mom wanted and more. Checking out was easy and quick. Another bright Publix star. This is bc a great place to shop if your looking for something to eat snack,rotisserie,drinks and the customer serviceis just amazing but the only down side i had at this store is that i got a couple mango from the fruit/vegetable ile and the mango was rotten on the in side which was reallh unseting bc i go here all the time and this never happens but other than that i love this place

Never answer their phone regarding refills constantly complaining when I show up to pick up prescriptions early, which I have to do because they don’t answer the phone. Asked 3 times to be enrolled in auto fill prescriptions and finally was after the 3rd request. Generally a terrible experience.

Very nice publix it's clean and the employees are very nice. Would give it 5 stars but when I went to use the mens bathroom an employee was taking a piss and holding his phone watching YouTube with his other hand. Then just walked out afterwards didn't even wash his hands. I hope he wasn't a cashier touching everyone's groceries.

Called yesterday to ask if they accepted my insurance and if they carry my ADHD MEDICATION, you know, the thing that helps me function as person? I was told to send it in and the only issues I may have is stock and coverage… had it sent in, received a call saying they arnt accepting new patients… yet when i called yesterday they had nothing to say about me being a new patient… the bar for the health industry around here is SO low, y’all should really try a tad harder to have the correct information or At least call people back after finding out of new information because your in charge of people’s literal health.
