My appointment was at 9:20am I got to the back at 9:34am only for them to tell me to sit back in the lobby because their app to do drug tests is down. I took a Uber to do my drug test advised them of this and they stated they couldn’t do a manual drug screen login. 10:12 am they still saying they system down

Scheduling was fast and easy. Check in was even easier. I was told to click a text link upon arrival, which I did and was told to have a seat, 2 minutes later I was being ushered to have my blood drawn. Every member of the staff was pleasant and welcoming.

Absolute worst place to go to within a 15 mile radius. As much as I want to scream everything I'm thinking just go somewhere else. Also fire the lady who works in the lobby.

Wasn't in there very long great job
Seems like a lot of people were getting explained to about walk in vs appointment. Maybe on the doctor's order it explains the importance of appointments. But all in all it was a great visit, I checked in on my phone and waited maybe 10 minutes great job. Harper from Alva

The young woman who took my blood was very nice, helpful and very professional She was wonderful, she explained the blood drawing and was just so nice, and helpful! I would go to her again. if needed
