Extremely poor customer service at this Sherwin-Williams location. The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and shows zero interest in assisting customers. They don’t recommend anything, don’t explain prices, and completely ignore any available discounts. You basically have to beg just to get a straight answer.
It’s disappointing, especially considering that other Sherwin-Williams stores offer excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable staff. This location does the brand a disservice. If you’re expecting even the most basic level of customer care, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The front desk guy knows absolutely nothing about paint. Told him a color instead of making it he was making excuses why he couldn’t and that’s not the brand they have. He can easily make it. Sherwin Williams get rid of him. He’s ruining your money making.

Great store and hard working staff🔥🔥. I’ve been in sales and some people don’t understand that there’s a process when making an order. People need to be more time proficient and order their wanted products 10 min before closing time, this makes workflow and purchase time a lot more efficient. Unprofessional and irresponsible for the late purchasers.

Great store. Jacob rocks with a wealth of knowledge. Store has most stuff most times. Employees always will to help, just have patience at times it gets hectic.

They did not want to sell me a quart paint and they did not give me the price of the paint until after they rang it up. Then they tried to say that 1 gallon of paint regular price is 79 discount is forty something dollars and that I had a super deal for 33 bucks. ?? I could of gotten the same can of paint for 25 bucks somewhere else. Never comming back. They are over priced
