Recently my husband and I went in to fix a problem on our bill. Though the wait was long Braulio was able to quickly help us. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He even went the extra mile to call the support line to ensure we were getting the most accurate information. I would have rated 5 stars but the wait was so long.

The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. We've been in here multiple times and each time we are treated with the upmost respect. It can get busy, so you may have to wait, but they let you know where you're at on line and that they are working as quickly as possible. Each customer truly gets the best customer service.

Stay away from home Internet from T-Mobile. From what the rep said there are two towers in her area that have been down since Ida. One we barely get three megabytes per second. The other one was good for a while but now they keep taking it down. Spend down for about. I don't know a week and a half so the max speed you get is 10 megabytes per second.When you call in they are very nice and they try to help you. However, they don't really know what's going on. From some I've heard none of the towers are down yet. I have no service on my cell phone or on my home internet. I can clearly see some towers are out based on the change of my connection both home internet and phone. Neighbors got Verizon home internet and have had no issues.

If I could have gave it a zero I would have. I was there twice today to buy one of the most expensive phones they have and was totally ignored waiting each time for over 15 minutes. The kicker this last time was one of the sales women skipped right over us and helped a customer that walked in way after us. I was totally blown away by the blatant disregard/ disrespect. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 5 years now. Not Anymore

Ceasar took excellent care of us, and our 5 phs, time there wasn't bad considering what we had to do. We were all happy when we left.

Went there to get an upgrade on my phone. I have been with T-Mobile for a long time and qualified a for a free upgrade with an agreement. The associate who "helped" us started off by saying there is no such thing as a free upgrade and then proceeded to try and sell us a phone. When my husband asked again about a free upgrade the service person asked what type of phone I had andy husband pulled my info up and told the service person, who then demanded to see my phone. He then tried to upgrade me to a 4g phone when I currently have a 5g phone. My husband also mentioned some other offers he saw online and the sales person says he knows all the sales but wanted to read the sales promotion flier. The salesperson then told us that our plan would not qualify without even pulling up our plan to take a look to see what we have. We were there a total of 4 minutes and left totally frustrated. I am all for diversity but I will say that EVERYONE who was there that day was Hispanic as were all the other customers. Spanish was spoken by everyone else and I was made to feel very uncomfortable because I only speak English. Salesperson was rude and I will never go back there again. I will try the Fort Myers store and if I can't get help there maybe it is time to switch carriers.

The employee was rude and condescending to me I've had a T-Mobile account for my business for 10 years now and was just trying to replace my wife's phone. If this is the type of service I can now expect from T-Mobile then I may need to take my business elsewhere

Bryan was amazing he went above and beyond trying to do a return for me over the phone. We couldn’t get it done but his efforts deserve a 5 star from me and my husband give that man a raise.

I had the best experience with these employees, I got the iPhone 15 and was having an issue with the cellular data and all of them did their best to help me starting with Ariel , Brayan, Dani , Rey , Braulio & Katherine thank you all ??
