One of the worst banks Suncoast has I’ve gone to the ATM three days in a row. They are either out of service or have the screen that is shown below and also never takes deposits if it does take deposits cash/checks. It will take everything then spit them right back out if you bank at Suncoast stay away from this bank if you go during business hours, be prepared to stand in line for about a half hour same with the drive-through ATMs.

I had an excellent experience with Suncoast Credit Union in Homestead in Lehigh Acres Fl , especially thanks to Lexia. She was professional, patient, and truly cared about my needs. Make sure you come in with an open schedule cus you will be waiting hours to just get anything done, long lines and very few staff.

If you have a loved one has money in this CU you better close the account before they pass or you will be lied to, push off like a piece of paper! My brother (Rest his Soul) passed 4/9. Had to wait for death certificate before going to CU. On 4/21/25 first visit had to set up to close account. Then week later go back in fill out more paper work and was told waiting on SSI to remove there deposit on his account. Went back a week later SAME THING WAITING ON SSI !!!! Come to find out SSI took there payment same day they put it in 4/16/25. But yet FOR 3 WEEKS they told me a BOLD FACE LIE. Oh and thry stated they have receivedso many death accounts they are behind...YEAH DON'T BUY THAT EITHER!!!!....SO BE AWARE YOU WILL GET A HASSLE TRYING TO GET LOVE ONE'S MONEY OUT!!!!! would never bank at this place!!!!!

This bank has become one of the worse banks in the area. I've never in my life seen ATM commonly going out of order on a daily basis. There so cheap to fill up the ATM so they avoid paying loading fees. Stay away from this ATM it's a nightmare.

They have a traditional ATM at each drive-up location now, which is very convenient.

The customer service is awesome. The workers are great. Learned my lesson about going here at the beginning of the month. None of the ATMs function properly and the lines will be long.
