I came into this UPS Store with a ton of paperwork and complicated files that I needed printed and organized, and Paul went above and beyond to help me. He took his time, walked me through every step, made sure all my PDFs and documents printed cleanly, and really helped me get everything sorted the right way.
Customer service like this is rare. Paul was patient, knowledgeable, and made a stressful situation easy. If you need anything printed or prepared professionally, this is the place to go.

I was really appalled to see that I was charged for tape but a Spanish guy comes in with two big boxes gets his label printed and doesn’t pay for tape. So I guess they have a favorite group of people they look out for here. Unfair won’t be returning and will be filing a complaint. Don’t like the way things are happening there.

I said good morning a couple of times and wished the lady a great day, but it felt like whoever opened the store today wasn’t having the best morning and honestly, it showed. All customers inside the store noticed her not so welcoming attitude.

Excellent friendly staff! Easy place to get in and out of quickly. Staff is helpful and quick. They handle Amazon returns and ups drop offs also.

I will only go to this location for shipping out anything I need because Paul and his crew are very nice and make the experience as good as possible. I appreciate his professionalism and he always greets me with a smile and asks how I’m doing.
