“After getting sold a vape at another vape shop that apparently needed a battery, I attempted to return to that store to get a battery. I was told they don't sell them and offered no solution to my vape problem. I left there and came to this smoke shop to ask about a battery. No luck. The employees were in disbelief that a vape shop would conduct such business. Justin then motioned me over to a discount box of vapes trying to at least get me something to hold me over. He stated the price and proceeded to give me a 50% discount because he knew I just spent money on a vape that I cannot use at the moment. They helped find a solution to another businesses problem. That's what I call customer service! I appreciate you guys and will shop here once again!!”
