Fast service and amazing customer service they work efficiently and in a very professional manner EVERY time I come in it’s still the best customer experience for me I would of given a more higher rating but it only lets me give a 10 but in my opinion they are a 1000/10

Seems like the opener should not be the opener . It’s 10:13 and they open at 9. And looks like this isn’t the first time . ! Line out the door but nobody inside .

The place is clean and organized, but the customer service is awful—there were two people in the store, but only one was taking care of the customers. That is unacceptable, unbelievable.

Opening time for the UPS at 5781 Lee Blvd is posted as 9:00 AM on Saturday. I arrived at 9:00AM to find 5 customers already on line. The Store did not open for business until 9:30 AM, a half hour late. The girl who opened up functioned in slow motion. When I told her she lost the first 5 customers in line because they tired of waiting, she replied “That’s fine”! One of the regular customers said that’s typical of a Saturday morning. Terrible way to do business.

I had a disappointing experience with this notary. I requested a split signing, which is a standard notarial procedure in many cases, but she flat-out refused, stating that “other notaries wouldn’t do it either.” This is not only inaccurate, but also suggests a lack of understanding of notary procedures. Rather than offering assistance or exploring solutions, the interaction was dismissive and unhelpful. The customer service was poor, and I left the experience feeling frustrated and unsupported. I expect a notary to be knowledgeable, professional, and courteous this fell short on all accounts.

I sent a package to China with computer parts with a high cost, now the package never was sent, this ups store said it's a fault of usps, and they said that they never scanned that package. This store don't do any kind of solution... the only thing that they said was that it's better to send the packages directly in the list office... that was 2 months ago and the package never appear or received.... the worst service ever. Even with the tracking number. It said that the package still waiting for pick up in the store.

You Lehigh delivery driver who keeps refuses to actually do his job needs to be fired. He never even attempts to make the deliveries and says they address doesn't exist. But another ups driver, fedex,and amazon have no issues. Is ups going to reimburse anyone this probably not because they really don't seem to care about anything. I will definitely not be using ups anymore.
