I go here all the time. It's a very good Walgreens location. It's by far the busiest in Lee County. Lehigh Acres has a growing population and this store takes it on. I know by face most of the employees. Even though they are worked harder than any other store I've visited in the area they still smile and treat customers with care. I hope corporate headquarters reads this review because these employees go above and beyond to deliver great and professional customer service. Thank you to all of them.

This is my primary pharmacy for our family. Sometimes you do have to wait in line because they get very busy.

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD! This pharmacy SUCKS! The employees are rude and incompetent. They jerk you around for WEEKS for a prescription, make you wait in line FOREVER, if you call they don’t answer just continue to put you on hold. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY EVER, I finally transferred my rxs out of this place because I had enough. THANK GOD, I will
Never have to go back there, I will be putting in a formal complaint and filing with BBB as well.

Let me start this by saying that I understand that they are probably overworked and stressed but seriously.
I went in to get my prescription and was treated very rudely by the pharmacist.
When I first got there I noticed that the person in front of me had some disagreement with the pharmacist and had stormed out, I know some people are rude and thought the customer was probably the one in the wrong and that poor pharmacist had to deal with it.
I was then immediately proven wrong because she turned to one of her coworkers and said something to them that seemed to leave them angry but I didn’t want to get in the middle of that.
When I stepped up the lady asked for my birthday and proceeded to tell me I had no more refills? She didn’t even ask what I was there for, (which was to pick up a new prescription). She then asked to verify my phone # and other details but half way through that she makes a remark on how she is “not customer service and should not be dealing with this”?
By that point I’m getting uncomfortable because all I did was give her my information and I understand that she was frustrated but she didn’t have to be passive aggressive to me about it.
I asked her if she was having problems finding my prescription and she stormed off. She literally walked off and her colleague that was busy had to step in, I feel bad for him because he was really helpful but looked like he was getting frustrated with her too. A line had formed behind me that was probably 8/10 people waiting and he looked stressed about it.
At the end I asked what her name was I was told that they didn’t know. Eventually the woman came back told me her name was “Q” but she had no name badge or lanyard on so I don’t think that’s true.
In reality I know it’s probably just a bad day for her but everyone else is trying to get through the day too. Her coworkers don’t deserve having to deal with her attitude and other customers are also having to deal with it. People who are getting prescription medication are there for a reason, and are probably going through a worse day. I promise you that no one is waiting in line just to get a turn to be rude.
I hope that Walgreens can step up at this location and either hire more pharmacists or implement better customer service training for their staff.

Third world country service. Phone is never answered. They place you on hold for several minutes and then hang up. Not even my doctor could get through to call in a prescription. 24 hours open but no one available. Shameful disregard for those suffering.
