I spend a lot of money here to be treated rudely by the cashiers. Cashier number 4 Amanda was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked her not to pile up the groceries. When I asked her to not throw the tilapia on top of the bread she rolled her eyes and said “oh h my god” this is unacceptable

It is unacceptable that I’ve come to your store for a beer advertised on special for the second time, and it’s nowhere to be found. The same excuse: “It’s the warehouse’s fault.” Then why keep promoting it? That’s called false advertising.
In addition, the customer service is terrible, showing a complete lack of respect for your shoppers.

Meat and milk are always gone. You've got to shop in the morning when they are stocking their items. The store looks old they need to revamp it.

I am new to Lehigh Acres and I have been in this store a few times recently for some breakfast pastries. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the bakery items. Love the guava and cheese pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice and cafe con leche. Better than some of the local bakeries and much more reasonably priced! Shout out to the ladies at the coffee counter, so nice! See you again soon! :-)

Very good when they grind the meat it is not in the presence of the client but rather they take it to the back and that is not to the client's liking

This place used to be very good, but now is not the same anymore, let me start with the customer service that is very bad, some employees are just taking and gossiping about others while customers are waiting to pay for their groceries and on top of that no plastic bags at all and only one line open all the time and the waiting time can be for ever and another employees just doing nothing talking very loud about their personal business that I think is very disrespectful to customers, this place used to be very good and very organized with a great customer service, but now I just don't know what is happening,

Omg one goes in happy and comes out angry the specials start on Wednesday and 3 days later there are no products left plus only a few employees with good faces those at the dili are very good those at the butcher shop are good and the cashiers don't even thank you. And if you say thank you, they don't answer, my cashier's name is Yissel, she was in a bad mood. What's the customer's fault if they have a bad day? They should train their cashiers to provide good customer service. There is a lot of competition, I go where they appreciate me as a customer.

They have good prices and good quality products. The place is always clean. The meats are good and fresh. I love food. My favorite is the broccoli soups. The employees are very friendly. The cashiers at the cafeteria are so friendly and courteous, they greet you with a warm greeting and a smile.
