I will go out of my way to spend more money at other any other store than this place.Everyone is rude and will not speak to you.The deli is a whole different type of disaster. They will all chat away while you wait, unless you’re a little buddy of theirs.Not worth the aggravation.

They need to open more than 1 register ?I went to the fish department, and I was egnored til after 15 mins of waiting. I asked the lady if she could help me ?could be the language barrier. It took a second one to come out, and I finally got some help .. I used to go there more often, but I have cut back great prices . But not worth the wait .. you can do better

Due to Hurricane idalia I was in The Fresco Line for at least 20-30 minutes before I got to the register. I got up to the register doing Uber Eats you have to scan barcode through your phone through the app. Of course it wasn't going through so you already can know my frustration plus everyone else who was behind me LOL everyone else who was behind me which was a very very long line they wrapped around the aisles.i might add. So at this point I was going to give up and just cancel the whole thing and this lovely lady her name is Donata came up and literally stood with me for about an hour went to a different register to figure out how to register the receipt with the barcode and everything through my phone and the app with Uber. If patience was a person! She treated me with the utmost respect.

The Deli department has the worst service when you go to buy food. If those people don't want to work, they should leave work if it doesn't make them happy. They don't have any care when serving the food. I bought a slice de tortilla and What they gave me was half of the broken slice, we are not in Cuba here, we respect the customer, and do not call customer service, none of them have the education to deal with customers, they think they are in Cuba
