Make sure you verify that they actually have your insurance on file before you pay for pickup. Otherwise they will say you never provided your insurance card and its "too late to back bill."

Really slow service! Don't have your medication!! Takes days to get your medication!! Don't fill prescriptions right away!! Always seem to be backed up!! No wonder ratings suck!! ?

The manager John Pierre Pharmacy very rude!! BAD person. Asheley front desk clerk very polite, she was NOT able to do her JOB because Mr. Pierre. Go someplace else. NOT here

The pharmacy need more assistance there is no way you go to a pharmacy and wait over 45 minutes in the drive thru for lack of assistance very unacceptable will never return here

The worst store EVER!!!!!!!!!. Custoster service is poor. They make it seem like they own the store and they are doing you a favor. The manager is horrible. They all need to be fired.!!!.

There is a beacon of sunshine by the name of Samreems who works in the pharmacy whose smiling face and cheerful demeanor are positively infectious. Always smiling and helpful. I was between doctors and my new one cancelled my initial visit so I was about to run out of my medicine. When I mentioned this she told me not to walk away and she managed to get me what I needed to last until the new doctor saw me. You can’t miss her, she wears a head covering and a smile.

This particular CVS pharmacy is just terrible. I don't normally write reviews, but this is the 3rd or 4th bad experience, I've just had enough. Waited in line in a car (2 cars deep) for 45 minutes. Then get to window and wait 5 minutes before I'm helped. Trying to drop off a refill for my father, one she says we need to transfer prescription from out of state, could take up to 72 hours. She asks me to come back tomorrow to do so, they are too busy now. But that wasn't what made me angry, the 2nd refill was the first time I tried to refill, and she said it's the 3rd time and that we need to go to the Dr. first to get it refilled. I don't know what kind of mistake is in their notes, but I know for fact that this was never refilled before or even tried because my father just ran out as of today. The lady, was hard to understand. But basically was telling me to come back tomorrow. I waited 45 minutes and got nothing refilled. I will not set foot back in that store. I have never had a good experience in their store. My guess is they are just too busy. I'm just really disappointed there aren't many better options near me. There are better run CVS stores, just avoid this one.

It's a shame that CVS corporate doesn't read these reviews and try to improve the service and situation here. This location has struggled with these same issues for years. Understaffed and overwhelmed pharmacy. They never answer the phone after 5 PM. If they do pick up the call, it will quickly be disconnected. Corporate should be aware of their technique with the phone and really invest in hiring additional help for this location. Come on CVS this is Lighthouse Point... There's enough money flowing through this location and people using your services to justify the expense.

The employees here at my CVS location is always so accommodating and helpful. They go above and beyond and are kind and hospitable. The store was clean and stocked well. I also love the deals and coupons. I used to think in comparison to Walgreens, CVS was to expensive with no advantages but with their deals and coupons it keeps me coming back over Walgreens. I also like the fact they are 24 hours.

After five phone calls, no one answered in the pharmacy. No one called or texted that my prescription was ready. They just don't answer the phone.Not enough help in the pharmacy, they are over-whelmed!

Do not go to this pharmacy they are very rude and disrespectful!! Do not respect privacy practices call all your medicine out for every to hear and always a long line and if you call they hang up on you over and over and the pharmacist ( young pharmacist) don't know his name is rude and disrespectful! Don't go to a pharmacy where they don't respect you your privacy or your business driver a little further if you have to to get better costumer service and privacy.
