We were coming home from the beach and wanted to find somewhere a little less crowded so we drove inland and came upon Frosty Point. We could tell it was good because there was a decent line inside that was moving quickly. They had a few dairy free options my sister in law was happy to see, overall awesome flavor assortment. The woman who waited on us was so sweet, she seemed to be the owner you could tell she loved us for coming in. Love to see small businesses like this with good product, atmosphere and service 10/10 would recommend to any in the area.Dietary restrictions: Dairy-freeKid-friendliness: Cute little merry-go-round inside, the decor is whimsical. My son loved his ice cream.

Lots of yummy and interesting ice cream flavors. Service was super friendly and helpful. The German chocolate was delicious with the caramel and brownies. The Mexican hot chocolate also had a good cayenne kick.

Such a cute ice cream shop and the woman employee always greets me, so welcoming. Their ice cream seems homemade and quality. They also have a seasonal pepermint flavor that is delectable.

I would have given this ice cream establishment 5 stars for the taste of the ice cream alone. Abundance of flavors that were all very creamy, but this review isn't only about the ice cream itself. There was only one person working on a Saturday afternoon, so be prepared to wait. As she was making our flight, the phone rang and she left our flight on the counter melting, as she serviced the phone call (not something I can necessarily blame her for.) What was more concerning is she was trying to fit 6 scoops of ice cream into a small Styrofoam container....after I realized what she was doing, I asked if she could at least separate them into two different containers. So you can see from my pictures in one of the containers, there are 3 scoops all smashed together on one side, cause she was going to try and smash the other three right next to them. And then in the second container they're all laid out nicely. This is so bizarre to do, because they're all getting stuck together and melted with one another. The birthday cake next to my cookie dough, and my mint next to my German chocolate and chocolate raspberry, was not at all a pleasant experience. Minus one star. Minus the second star because in the cookie dough was a piece of Styrofoam that I had put into my mouth. This did not come from the Styrofoam that the ice cream was sitting in, which means it was mixed in with the ice cream. I didnt make a fuss about it at all, stuff happens, but please be sure to do better and quality check. Overall, the ice cream was good, but presentation and quality are severely lacking.

0 idea WHY I’ve lived around the area for so long, hesrd about this place but never clicked in my head to come and check it out. Glad I did! Had the cookie dough ice cream and it was amazing! Followed by great customer service! Will definitely bring my family here so they can try it out!

I arrived today at 12:15, the sign said the store opened at 12 but everything was dark and the door was locked. Five minutes later, an employee opened the front door and said she needed 10 minutes. I sat down on a bench outside and waited 10 minutes, I walked in at 12:25 and she rolled her eyes and said "I guess you can wait in here until I'm ready ". So I sat down for another five minutes and then she said what do you want? I asked for two scoops of chocolate chip with caramel topping, then she said I can't give you caramel topping it's in the refrigerator and it's rockhard. She scooped out the two ice cream scoops and handed it to me. I again asked if she could try to give me some caramel, she rolled her eyes again And gave me about a teaspoon full. I asked if she could give me a little more, which she was able to then she asked for seven dollars. I wanted to tell her that I hope her day got a little better but she was done with me already. This is not the first time I've been in the store but the first time I have been treated so rudely. This employee does not want to be there. if she arrived late and asked nicely to give her a few minutes, I certainly wouldn't havehad a problem with it. But she was annoyed with me when she was 30 minutes late from when the store was supposed to be open.
