“I had looked at an Ippolita necklace online for months, debating whether I could afford it or not. Then it went on sale at JR Dunn. I decided to order, but was informed the following day that the item was no longer in stock. After having wanted this necklace for so long, I was naturally disappointed. A JR Dunn representative - Cheryl - offered to check with the manufacturer to see if it was still available. She found out that it was out of stock there too (as well as all other stores who had carried it), but could be produced within about 3 months. I agreed and it was worth the wait. The delivery date was actually about a month ahead of the scheduled time. The necklace is beautiful, and I really appreciate the effort on Cheryl's part to go the extra mile to obtain this piece for me. Thank you! I will shop JR Dunn again.”

“Excellent experience! I reached out to Mehul with a concept and stone requirement. He was able to source a fantastic emerald to the shape and cut I wanted along with some diamond accompaniments. There was great detail and effort put into the design of the setting and it was well-thought out. All the concepts were shown in 3D CAD renderings which made it easy to visualize. Needless to say, the final product was stunning and it was done very quickly! I would go back to Devam with any future needs regarding custom jewelry.”

“Nice little shop in Margate and they offered they have been there for more than 30 years. Employee was nice and offered service to us almost immediately upon entering. You are buzzed in to location and nice bright displays are on both sides of showroom. They have repairs on site and while some might suggest quaint, multiple pieces looked fresh and ready for a new home. We saw a couple pieces and while prices were ok, it appeared to be full retail MSRP. Each piece was marked with price and that's what they offered. Only jeweler in more than 35 years that didn't offer a "deal" less than marked price. Some admittedly marked up to mark down. It was enough however to stall purchase and await visit to two local establishments that house several jewelers in one place for best opportunity. I really prefer Exchanges personally. In closing I will note that I am tremendously loyal to a good fair jeweler. Once a deal is made I return and also make referrals. We will just offer that multiple sales happen annually. But when turned off , we never return. I hope this business offers that to their faithful. (Lots of great reviews) This one is still open for revisit and perhaps negotiation but I I don't plan to pay list. If that's their deal, no harm no foul, but I personally need to feel we both won.”

Everyone has their reasons to sell gold, silver, coins, antiques, etc. That issue never came up so there was no reason to feel uncomfortable. Took me through the step by step process of evaluating the pieces I was selling, and offered me a fair and honest price. If you have valuables to sell including scrap gold or other precious metal head over to Precious Metals. You'll come away feeling good and satisfied. He also sells beautiful pieces and coins.”
