I went 2 weeks ago to Phil Smith Mitsubishi for service, and was impressed with the incredible customer service. Christian went out of his way to way. Everyone in the building was welcoming and smiled. I returned today and found out that Mitsubishi service is now next door, at Phil Smith Kia. The attitude is different and completely opposite to how the Mitsubishi people were. After getting the estimate a lot of attitude, I told them that I no longer needed service there and would start using the other nearby Mitsubishi dealer, Gunther. Textbook definition of how to lose a customer in 5 minutes.

My sister and I have been using this dealer for both of our cars to be serviced since they opened and we have never been disappointed. Randy and others at the customer service are skilled and always go above and beyond to ensure our cars are in the best condition. They were knowledgeable and explained the repairs that needed to be done in detail. The service was affordable and the quality was outstanding.
Their attention to detail and excellent customer service make them our number one choice.

Scott & Ron - Hands down great guys to work with in the dealership. I did not want to go to the dealership today but glad i went and worked with those two. Ron truly did everything to help us out. Love this place, everybody greets me on the showroom while waiting for my oil change, lights up the mood! Christian and Mechanic at that time (oct 18 2025 8am)in the service center is even more helpful and knowledgeable and tends to your concern with your car. Will always go here for service as long that these people are here and courteous.
