Went to do an Amazon return. Line was long and the poor CSR was overwhelmed (they had one person working the counter). She was super nice, but it took a while. Besides that the wait, it was good overall.

Visited Staples today and had the pleasure of meeting Joe. Joe was amazing and very helpful, not only to me, but several other customers came up to him to thank him for his assistance and kindness. Joe deserves a raise! :)
