What a dishonest bank. You open a online account and they locked your account for no reason, asking ID verification in brand. Yes the real reason is that if they lock your account so that they don't have to give you a WELCOME BONUS at opening. Read term and conditions... very tricky... also I don't trust them since I've seen 20 000 claims about fraud in 2022 in Truist accounts...

I hold my small business account at this bank. Customer service is poor and processes are not customer friendly. Representatives refuse to help over the phone and require you to come in for the least of information about your own account. The 800 number does not recognize prompts and it’s very difficult to reach a live person. It’s been 3 days of attempts and I’ve yet to resolve my issue.

never had any problems with my signature except at this location, I don't know who the young lady was but she could have been more professional onto handling the issue. other than my time wasted today I will be closing the account. its not right I had to go through so many steps just for a signature ive use 4 years with suntrust

This is the worst bank ever. Very rude especially Claudia. I only bank here because my I have my car loan here. I was going to open up my business account here but because of the service I refuse. She always rude. I’m in their drive through to make a payment, no one bother to answer the call button. I had to call the bank just so they can answer rudely. The worst customer service. They took my payment without even knowing what I am here for. I called to speak with a manager and never received a call back. I called the bank and the other tellers just cover for Claudia and refuse to transfer me to a manger. The worst don’t bank here, they don’t care for their customers

Went in to update my last name after getting married and order a new credit and debit card reflecting the name change, the INCOMPETENT lady didn't order any change and ontop of that i got a letter from SunTrust saying they've received a request to change my address when my address is still the same. Waste of time!
