I had the pleasure of having Diana Narine to assist my husband and I in opening an account a couple of months ago.I went back again to get help with an issue. Not realizing it was closing time she still allowed us to have a seat and proceeded to solve our problem.We couldn’t stop talking about her and her above and beyond service.I hope she sees my review as I’m thanking her from the bottom of my ❤️TD BANK you have a ? amongst you $$$$.

I have been coming to TD Bank in Lighthouse Point approximately , 3-4 years two times (at lease!!) a week. I actually look forward to coming to the bank. ALL of the tellers Tia, Zildomar, Mr Chilli (Jawaunne,) every one Is so pleasant !!! Everyone speaks to me, using my name, and I don't even bank here.Last week, there was a customer in front of me who was not being pleasant to the tellers, yet Jawaunne was being so nice to him. Diana, Marisol, John, all employees working at the Lighthouse Point location (especially Tia ,Zildomar and of course Jawaunne) are AWESOME and TD Bank should be proud.SincerelyLori Bolin

This lady here was very unhelpful and so poorly trained. I didn’t have a good experience and felt discriminated against by this person. The supervisor was defending her the whole time. No wonder why this bank needs more professional people to take over these so called very trained bankers. They make it so much difficult at this bank, I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here when other TD banks can do much better. Take your prejudice self somewhere else. Just look at how many negative comments there is on here.

Td is such a terrible bank. They’re trapped in 1999. Literally every time I try and make a purchase it thinks it fraud and I have to call or GO TO THE ACTUAL BANK TO AUTHENTICATE MYSELF. With the same merchant!!!! Since day 1 this bank has sucked I’m going to close my account.

I tried an open an account online (15min). Does not work.I tried again,15min, it says I need to call or visit a bank center.I call, try to open the account during 30 min,she said i need to visit a bank center.I go to open the account in person, they open it (1h30), and at the end, they say I don't qualify for the bonus because it has been opened in person.3 months later, they send me statements and say I owe them over 60 bucks.What a bad bank (never got these kind of issues with Chase, BoA, HSBC)...

Super bad service , been depositing my checks here for 2 years . Go to deposit my ADP paycheck printed check they say the signature doesn’t match the handwritten checks from my bosses account, but have deposited the same check for two years with same signature . They have to get my boss on the phone to approve the deposit even though they have deposited this check with exact copies previously deposited for 2 years. They said at one point they couldn’t deposit the check and we’re going to hold my paycheck hostage or shred it. Very rude service once it got approved by my boss by phone she didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Very rude management and teller. Made me feel like a criminal and was totally out of my control. Go to a different branch.

Stay away from TD bank..Had this account a couple weeks and had nothing but problems..Had fraud on my account and they act like it's my fault!! 7-10 business days to settle a claim!! Insane can't wait to close this account!

just stood in line for 25 minutes to make a cash deposit because the one teller was helping a customer get a secured credit card. I think he should have been made to wait for an associate to help him. it is unfair for customers making a simple transaction to wait so long at 10 minutes to closing time.

Save your time and go somewhere else. This bank is a joke. I've been banking with TD Bank for 15 years and they treated me like some sort of patriot act criminal. I'm ready to close all my TD accounts thanks to the management here. Look for my reviews on all other forms of social media thanks to them. Worst TD branch ever

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Rude bank personnel. The ATM machine broke while my card was inserted in it, I was trying to withdrawal money, obviously. The branch wasn't open yet (it was 8:22 am but it didn't open until 8:30 am) but the machine was broken so I tried to get the attention of a teller inside, politely of course. She failed to even get off of her chair from across the entire branch to speak with me. She sat there and yelled across the whole branch. I said, "I cannot hear you, please come closer". She SLAMMED her drawer shut and marched over after asking her 3 times to get closer so I can simply hear her. She rudely said, "WE AREN'T OPEN TO HELP YOU YET". I said, "Well how am I supposed to get my debit card back and my cash it is STILL trying to withdraw"? So much for "America's Most Convenient Bank". Thank you for the negative experience. I will now be switching banks.
